When we moved to Houston, Bulldog Security Service installed our ADT security system. They showed up when they said they would, were very courteous, and very competent, and the system worked beautifully . . . until it didn't. Though the issue was an ADT issue, ADT would not take responsibility, so we reached out to Bulldog for advice. This is a review for James walker. I had just installed adt but the front camera never worked. I had to leave before the installation process was done so I couldn't check. I made 3 appointments to fix it and all of them either flaked or didn't even bother trying to fix it. James was super professional and courteous. After fixing the camera , he asked if he could help with anything else. I had some other small issues that he took care of too. I was so close to canceling but James really took care of me and went above and beyo... read more

We signed up today and a tech will be out here tomorrow to install it is a very fast smooth process. Being first time home owners we knew we wanted a secure, safe place for our kids and we are certain we made the right choice!
