This company came in to evaluate our current system. We told them we already had an ADT account and didn't need a new one. Their technician told my partner that it was no big deal, everyone with ADT was getting new equipment and it was no big deal. She told him repeatedly that she didn't want to incur cost or start a new account. He asked her to sign something and implied it was just about the new equipment. RUN AWAY FROM BULLDOG SECURITY!!!! They are full of lies AND GIVE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OUT TO THE CUSTOMER! We moved in on December 27th into our new home. We had furniture people in and out from the 27th-30th, appointments scheduled for different services throughout the week. Very busy, if you have moved before you would understand how hectic things get. On December 31, 2022 this Courtney Throwed rang my door bell and said he was out doing community inspections and was there to do a "Homeowners inspection to release my homeo... read more

This full disclosure I did not use these services. A man named Steven John came to my door and said he was here for my final inspection. This would lead you to believe that there had been someone from here previously to do a preliminary inspection and or that there was a relationship previously with the builder of the home. This was not at all the case. This person came to my home with a full intent to mislead me. I have been having issues with them since day 1. They didn't even identify themselves as a vendor/authorized dealer of ADT and presented themselves as ADT itself until I asked them why the paperwork had Bull Dog Security on them. My gf still wanted to go ahead and just sign up for the service since we had just moved in and didn't feel safe without an alarm system. So we ignorantly signed up with them. Worst mistake ever!
