The ADT salesperson that approached me when I purchased my new house used very questionable sales practices to secure the contract. This company came in to evaluate our current system. We told them we already had an ADT account and didn't need a new one. Their technician told my partner that it was no big deal, everyone with ADT was getting new equipment and it was no big deal. She told him repeatedly that she didn't want to incur cost or start a new account. He asked her to sign something and implied it was just about the new equipment. In reality, he had her sign an agreement to start a new account, but she trusted him and didn't double check the fin... read more

RUN AWAY FROM BULLDOG SECURITY!!!! They are full of lies AND GIVE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OUT TO THE CUSTOMER! We moved in on December 27th into our new home. We had furniture people in and out from the 27th-30th, appointments scheduled for different services throughout the week. Very busy, if you have moved before you would understand how hectic things get. This full disclosure I did not use these services. A man named Steven John came to my door and said he was here for my final inspection. This would lead you to believe that there had been someone from here previously to do a preliminary inspection and or that there was a relationship previously with the builder of the home. This was not at all the case. This person came to my home with a full intent to mislead me.
