My installer was Mason, he was very nice and knowledgeable. No complaints would definitely recommend.
Over all the service was very good. The door-to-door rep, Reese, was very polite and professional. The installer, Gerardo, was very informative. He was able to clear up some miscommunication between us and tue sales person about the equipments capabilities and helped us in makeing a more informed decision about what we wanted. He assisted in adjusting our contract and ended up with a system that better fit our needs and expectations.
The person who assisted me was Stefan and he was very professional and listened well to where I wanted devices to be placed in my home. Other products were offered but never pushed which I really appreciated. It was very pleasant experience.
The other ADT reps that came to my house after we moved in were aggressively pushing cameras& I wasn’t interested. When Johnny stopped by I was hesitant at first but decided to get the system. He was very helpful & not pushy. He never pushed extra stuff & he actually listed to my needs. The installer was also very helpful even though I can’t remember his name. I would recommend Bulldog & Johnny to my friends.
Products, service, and staff were great. The sales person wows you with how much the equipment costs and then tells you its all free. That's what gets you to sign up. My issue is that you get 7 total sensors that are only good for doors. The 4 that are for Windows are obsolete. Then they hit you with a punch to the gut. The upgrade prices are ridiculous. It seems as if they are trying to recoup the $$$ that the you saved with the sales person. The upgrades cost $5,000 & $3,000 or $1,600! I got the service because of the $$$ ... read more
Jason ****was very friendly and professional. He reviewed all of the options we had for installation. He gave us several choices and let us make the final decision. I would refer him to anyone wanting a security system.
