HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! I am very disappointed in this company and this company is a big fraud. I have never dealt with a worse company than this one. I wanted to get cameras for my new house and I've tried other companies. The camera and recordings worked but the camera speeds were too slow for me. Got sold a bag of goods! Terrible customer service and communication. Aaron the manager doiesnt have control of his team. Sarah the technician didn't complete the job. Jimmy from is scheduling is horrendous and a liar!

I could detail my experiences with these people, but to sum it up, they are criminals. They will lie, threaten, or whatever it takes to get your money. If you do sign a contract, you have three days to cancel without penalty. Of course, they haven't processed my cancellation fully after two months, but what would you expect from criminals?

Run as far away from these people as you possibly can! I had equipment already installed in my home and somehow still had to be in a 3 year contract. I had problems from day 1. adt doesnt help because the contract was started through bulldog. Bulldog is even more useless than ADT! Scammy sales, terrible service tech, terrible customer service when you call. overall terrible experience! will be reporting them to BBB and cancelling as soon as possible!

Employed there in march and man ts was awful. in the beginning they tell you how it's so awesome and you get sales off the bat and it's almost thousands of dollars per 3 sales. this company teaches you persuasion psychology and makes you act it out just so you can force your way into people's homes. You start with the initial pitch and once the customer says not interested you're required to continue pushing. Not to mention drove 45 mins everyday for almost 2 weeks straight back and forth just to make it to training , got 0... read more
They have showed up at my house many times and I keep saying no, but yet they keep coming, they leave notes on the door. When my vehicles aren't there they wait till they see my trucks there and come and knock some more. And to top it off I get a notification from one of my security devices telling me... well just look at the screenshot. Something just ain't right. Complete opposite of security company.

As of today not one person has returned our phone calls, but yet we're receiving bills for a system that is not working. Even the doorbell is still lying in the pile of mess that the installer left behind on December 27th. My next call will be to a lawyer.
