Please see the entire review for an explanation of the 4 stars. We recently signed up for ADT through Bulldog Security. Our system was installed this past weekend (3 full days prior to this review). I can't say enough nice things about my experience with Bulldog. I appreciated the free home security inspection provided and after sitting down and speaking to their experts about my options, I had a real sense of confidence in how to protect my home. I was able to customize my own system that fit my needs- without any pressure from the technician. I felt they really cared for my safety which was nice. Thanks Bulldog!

I just recently moved here and I have only good things to say about the process of getting my system installed! I had the nicest sales person come to greet me and welcome me to the neighborhood. I am terrible with names, but he was the sweetest, most knowledgable ADT rep. I LOVE the touch screen monitor and all the cameras. The price wasn't as expensive as I was expecting it to be, my sales rep worked with me to get the best price for my budget. Thank you so much!!

Tyler Stutts provided exceptional customer service, he went as far as to explaining added security and installed wireless cameras on the exterior of my home. Thank you so much! I feel a lot more secure knowing I have full view of my front driveway and the entire back yard ... thank you thank you thank you! I would give 0 stars if possible.Five months after I cancelled my service due to the fact I was moving AND Bulldogs customer service was horrible. I received calls from a collection agency saying I owed them over $2500. I called Bulldog and they would not let me talk to Management or were they willing to cancel the amount owed. I am over 65 and I guess they just want to cheat old people out of their money. I have filed with the Attorney General's office and strongly suggest others do the same. Would give Zero Stars if I could. Paula Degroot is a Liar. Do not Ever speak with her. She could be in politics how much she lies. After a first disastrous incident that caused two trips to the vet veterinarian because they hurt my Beloved Golden Retriever, their equipment continues to fail. Like Opening scene of Scream 5. Someone is going to Hack into my System and mess my life up. I trusted them. They screwed me over So Bad, and Exploited my Age thinking i'm some Young and Stupid Man.... They're Done.
