A representative showed up at 8:30 at night last night (David R). I was not home, but he lied to a family member there about his call was required as a part of our homeowners insurance, which we were informed of during the closing on our property. This was not true. In fact, the lender required us to pay one year of homeowner's insurance, so we already had coverage. Why on earth would I trust someone with my home security who so blatantly lies to get my business?

Pressure sales, and they lie. Sales team pressures you into purchasing while moving into a home. They then try to upsell you on additional equipment not in the original package. Lastly they say they will replace equipment and batteries for life for no charge this is a lie. Recently had a battery go out called them, the transfer me to ADT lol. ADT says we can send someone for a fee. I call bulldog back they say we only offer that service for 90 days. Sales person must have blatantly lied. Also I have no electronic con... read more

I want to thank you for taking the time to call me like you said that you would (I'm sorry that y'all can't see the dripping sarcasm ). By reading all of your company's reviews, you must be too busy calling everyone else that has a major complaint about your company. I'm definitely not holding my breath waiting for your phone call

Who I suspect is some inlaw or friend? maybe, of the realtor through which I purchased property in Florida, has proceeded to pester me incessantly ever since. I told her I already have security equipment but, no... 6 or 8 more calls. Just won't listen. I'm of an age group that gets quite enraged when treated like an old woman, by what amounts to a door-to-door salesman, when I'm obviously not an old woman. Furthermore, I don't ever let anybody besides myself tinker in any way with my security system - ever. It's 2023, ... read more

I just had the front porch epoxied yesterday, and I had three large garbage bins blocking the front entry. Your rep Joshua of The Woodlands forcibly moved aside those large garbage bins and walked through the front porch yesterday while it was still wet and drying to leave a Bulldog Security Services/ADT flyer on my front door. Damaged the porch with his footprints, cannot believe he did this and did not notice the wet floor and strong odor. Ironic that a company marketing security services would 1.
