Jason **** (installer/tech) was excellent and very professional! He was experienced, thorough, walked us thru all options, and taught us how to use the system, the app, how all the equipment works together to keep us safe. I am also pleased that Rodney Wagner convinced me to go with ADT instead of a competitor. :)

Great professionalism, provided the most up to date system and identified the out of date systems offered by others. Honest, forthright, and collaborated with us as the consumer in order to get the most out of our system with respect to what we needed and wanted. Both the rep (Dustin) and the installer (Brian) were absolutely top notch. I would recommend this ADT dealer/installer to everyone who takes their security needs seriously.
Miguel G******* was very courteous and professional. He worked late into the evening to make sure everything worked as it should and gave a very informative demonstration.
