They have showed up at my house many times and I keep saying no, but yet they keep coming, they leave notes on the door. When my vehicles aren't there they wait till they see my trucks there and come and knock some more. And to top it off I get a notification from one of my security devices telling me... well just look at the screenshot. Something just ain't right. Complete opposite of security company.

As of today not one person has returned our phone calls, but yet we're receiving bills for a system that is not working. Even the doorbell is still lying in the pile of mess that the installer left behind on December 27th. My next call will be to a lawyer.

Their curstomer service is a joke. I had the windows replaced on my house and needed to order new tape for the sensors. I ordered early to anticipate not having my house unsecured and when the tape kits arrived in the mail there were 4 pieces. I have 12 windows in the house so I was left with an unsecured house now. I called to order more tape and asked for expedited shipping and they wanted to charge me 20 bucks for each 5 pieces of tape. I explained the situation and said the error was theirs and all I got was I'm sorry. I... read more

Please don't fall for their sign up scam. The second something goes wrong you're out of luck because ADT can't touch it and Bulldog's "service department" just three way calls ADT's customer service line to basically help you beg! My home is unsafe because of equipment they installed.

Please don't fall for their sign up scam. The second something goes wrong you're out of luck because ADT can't touch it and Bulldog's "service department" just three way calls ADT's customer service line to basically help you beg! My home is unsafe because of equipment they installed.

Company is shady. First, the salesperson sold us a system that he knew would not work with our style of windows. After sigining the contract when the installation guy came out, he told us what we were sold would not work and that what we need would cost extra. So now I'm in a 3 year contract with this company paying a higher rate then I agreed to when the sales guy came out. That was a learning experience. After the tech came out and spent several hours installing the system, they left without installing our nest thermostat ... read more
