If I could give this zero stars I would. They promise the world but the truth is they want you to basically force your way into people's homes to try and sell security systems that they don't want. You only get paid if you make a sale, but good luck with that. As far as buying from them I wouldn't trust it because they have many unsatisfied customers.

if I could give minus 5 stars I would. We moved in a year ago and after 5 times telling them we do not need services they still come. not only do they still come, they come only after 9 pm with all of our lights off. do not introduce themselves or say who they're with (they left the red notice this time). last week one guy came and said he could see my wife through the front door and she needs to come to the door.

if I could give this company 0 stars, I would. salespeople say whatever to get a sale and it's not even true. the cameras this company offers DO NOT record and you will be paying monthly for a video monitoring charge that is bullshit. I would never recommend this company to anybody and their sales tactics are disgusting and they should be reported. if you want ADT, go with them directly and not through this crappy third party company.
