if I could give minus 5 stars I would. We moved in a year ago and after 5 times telling them we do not need services they still come. not only do they still come, they come only after 9 pm with all of our lights off. do not introduce themselves or say who they're with (they left the red notice this time). last week one guy came and said he could see my wife through the front door and she needs to come to the door.

if I could give this company 0 stars, I would. salespeople say whatever to get a sale and it's not even true. the cameras this company offers DO NOT record and you will be paying monthly for a video monitoring charge that is bullshit. I would never recommend this company to anybody and their sales tactics are disgusting and they should be reported. if you want ADT, go with them directly and not through this crappy third party company.

The company is very professional at scamming people. Their salesmen can talk to you for hours and will be relentless about getting you to sign a contract. Avoid at all costs

This company came in to evaluate our current system. We told them we already had an ADT account and didn't need a new one. Their technician told my partner that it was no big deal, everyone with ADT was getting new equipment and it was no big deal. She told him repeatedly that she didn't want to incur cost or start a new account. He asked her to sign something and implied it was just about the new equipment.
