West did an awesome job installing. He’s an expert and helping with placing and hooking everything up quickly.
Rufus was great, walked me through everything! Took his time to explain everything so that I could understand how to operate the whole system.
The sales rep of course did an amazing job. When the first technician came to do the installment he was very good at explaining everything. Because of how the electrical work runs throughout the house the display screen could not be mounted so there would be another piece to hold up on our TV center. The first technician said it would take a week to arrive and he would be swinging by to set it up. Two weeks passed and I got a call about another technician coming and we would be busy on that day.
