I purchased a Prius (2017) and after driving the car for two months there were still items I didn't know how to use. So I called my salesman, Kevin Poole, and we set up a day that I could come in and we would go over a couple of items on the car. Kevin is so great and he sent me some U-Tube that explained some items and then he set up cars so I could learn how to parallel park, and back-in park. This dealership is by far, the best dealership in the Valley. I had the pleasure of working with Roxanne May and I have to say, she is the most patient, caring, and helpful human being. All the other employees are just as great. I would highly recommend this dealership! They also have a great selection of vehicles for everyone!

No one likes dealing with auto repairs, right? Well we dropped off our car Friday morning. It was supposed to be done by the end of the day. There was a delay which caused it not to be completed until the following day. I want to thank Rob Ball for his outstanding customer service. First, he came in on his day off to make sure our car was completed. He also threw in other "perks" which totally blew us away. The job was completed and they did a great job. Camelback Collision Center is outstanding. I brought my damaged Honda in to them for a fast repair (thanks Geico), and not only were they speedy, they were super professional, friendly, and communicative. They kept me posted with calls and texts, and also with updates about a part that had to be ordered. I've never had an easier or friendlier experience with a car shop, and they explained everything to me in a way I could understand as someone with very basic/minimal car knowledge. I was very pleased with there friendly environment. Quick and efficient. Tim is whom was assigned to fix my car. He was so Nice and Great at explaining what was going to happen for a gal that doesn't know much about cars. WILL DEFIANTLY ALWAYS COME BACK HERE.

I've been meaning to post a review since last year when I brought my car there. It had been pretty nicely damaged in one of our monsoons with large hail pelting it and branch that had flown up and hit the front, sliding up over the hood and roof. I've had 3 other experiences with other shops- 2 in Tempe and one in Scottsdale (evidently people like to look down at their phones and rear-end me). What a NIGHT AND DAY experience between this repair shop and the others. The other shops had my cars forever and never updated me... read more

Expensive but they did a great job fixing the back end of my brand new SUV. Perfect repair job.
