My experience with Camelback Collision was great. They kept in touch with me daily and finished working on my car in only 5 days (they initially estimated 2.5 weeks). Everyone there was very polite and professional. If I ever get in an accident again, I'm coming back here!
Everything looks great cosmetically! I had pretty much the entire right side replaced but after repairs the back door sticks almost to the point of not opening. I brought it back in and the only option is to replace the mechanism out of pocket which I thought should be part of the initial repair since it worked perfectly before I brought in the car. Some weeks back, driving a good friend from northeast Phoenix to Sun City he said my 2020 Prius plug in hybrid Prime is a woman's car. I'll drive a woman's car every day when I get 146 mpg. If my car is a woman's car, maybe it is female. That might explain the 2014 Cadillac SUV that tried driving through the rear end in 2022. We brought it here. Great body work. I had the most empathetic and helpful staff member, Ben. It was a really sad situation that he helped make better where he could. You never want to find yourself at a collision center, but if you have to find yourself at one, would highly recommend this location. Clean environment, grade A staff, and quick response rates all around.

The customer services was excellent. Especially the Junior Zaragoza, Collision Estimator. Junior kept me posted on the repair of my 2021 Honda Accord every step of the way. He was courteous, attentive, and very respectful. His customer service is way beyond excellence!
