All I can say is ditto on all the bad comments below. I cannot stress enough to take your business elsewhere. They had our vehicle for over a month!!! And they still tried jerking us around to try and carry out the repair time. I ended up calling every. Single.day after the 5th week passed. Unbelievable........

Had the most minimal/tiny little dent on my Honda Accord I bought at Showcase Honda - but they sent me to this place as they do not do body work there. Disappointing things when I arrived for my out of pocket repair appointment - - 1) Even though their website, and this Yelp page call it Camelback Collision - it actually reads Camelback Toyota Collision. Three years ago my car was in a theft and I needed lots of body work completed. I used Camelback Collision because it was an easy one stop shop. Having Enterprise located right next door was extremely convenient. Overall the body work done by Camelback Collision was an A-. Two years later, the bondo that was used on my drivers side door had a 6in long crack appear. Yashira was a total sweet heart. Very helpful and always kept me updated with the process. I went to pick up my truck and it was a total disaster. The main part was not touch or replace, the front bumper didn't even had the screws put on. Very sad job. I called and spoke to the manager himself and asked to bring back the truck and they finally fixed the part and did a better job. But I will NEVER recommend this place ever or come back.

Went to this vendor after someone rear ended me. I had bought my truck from Camelback Toyota so I thought it would b good. In the estimate they included a new bumper. Once the insurance company got ahold of it, they communicated to the insurance company that I only needed repairs to my bumper. Essentially, they tried to sell me parts that they didn't try to sell to the insurance company. I call ethical violations!! Ultimately they reduced the settlement amount by over $500. I could write a novel on the lack of communication, miscommunication, delays, and below standard repairs. I could also talk about the damage to my vehicle that I believe occurred while it was in their custody. But I don't think those details are that helpful considering how common the same story is in other reviews. It's clear a good number of people share this experience. Absolutely terrible. Do not let your insurer coerce you into using this shop. They work for the insurance company, NOT for you. They used parts that were damaged/defective from the accident on our car, then when those parts failed, they would not honor the repair warranty. "Sorry, the warranty does not cover a part unless we replace it" Really sketchy, and sadly, we did not realize what they had done until it was too late. Still waiting on them to finish my truck it's been over a month first they tried to paint wheels that couldn't be painted which backed it up another week then they ordered the wrong wheels which backed it up another 2 weeks all I'm having done is 2 wheels a tire a back bumper and it's been over a month my rental insurance is up and they don't care or in any rush what so ever worst company stay away
