3-week old car got rear-ended. Upon walking in the door, I was treated respectfully and was very well accommodated when I could not secure a rental the day I was meant to drop off the car. I haven't experienced customer service like this in some time, from the admin staff to the manager to the technicians. So, I thank you all immensely for that and for meticulously attending to every detail of the repairs to our vehicle. I own several Toyotas and if my 2002 4-runner was a person, I would date her. True love. So I am super picky when it comes to my cars. This place is my new body shop until further notice and I will recommend them to all my friends and family, most of whom own Toyotas. Melissa at the front desk was super efficient, called me back as promised and got me in quick. Junior was a wizard, fixed my problem on the spot with confidence and a smile. I went through Camelback Collision after my parked car was hit by a neighbor. I went through their insurance (GEICO). I have no complaints about the work completed. It seems thorough and well-done. Camelback Collision worked directly with GEICO to handle all the payments, so I didn't have to pay anything upfront or out of pocket; as well as worked directly with them about the estimate. I dropped off my car here on Monday March 21st, 2022 for repairs after being in a fender bender February 23rd. My usual destination to get my car serviced wasn't taking anymore cars for repairs until April or May. My service advisor here, Bryan T, was exceptional. He kept me up to date on the status of my car repair. Picked up my car yesterday and noticed my turn signal bulb was out when I got home. I chose this place because it's Toyota certified. The front desk ladies and service guy Zach were very polite and informative. During the repair process, the service team communicated with me via text. This was great so I didn't have to step away from my job. The work is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle. Awesome service! Just drive from the bay area to Phoenix and the bumper of our Prius was loose. Took it to Camelback collision to have it checked out and Fermin looked at it and fixed it within minutes. We asked how much it cost and he said no cost, just wanted us to be safe. This place deserves 6 star!

Came in with some key marks on my car as recommended by my insurance. The price was a bit high, but it was mostly paid for through my insurance. I was told that the car would be done three days after the day it was actually finished which was a nice surprise. Overall, good experience.

I took my car in for an estimate on a paint job. My car had been shipped across country and the car above mine had a very large oil leak, which mostly cleaned off but left several yellow/orangish stains on the roof that would not come off with any soap or hand washing. The first estimate I received said it would cost $670. Daniel at Camelback Collision thought maybe it was battery acid.
