They wanted $5,000 for a small fender repair on my truck. I went and got anithee quote the same day for less than half the price. I went the cheaper route and my repair was perfect and also included a lifetime waranty on all replaced parts. Only go to camelback collision if you enjoy waiting in the waiting room for an hour just to get ripped off. Also the guy that gave me an estimate got his red ink from his pen all over my key.
This is going to be a lengthy review, but it's worth the read. On 1/28, I was rear ended by another vehicle while sitting at a light. His insurance was Allstate. Within a few days I had an estimate, and the money was deposited directly to my checking account. I brought my car into Camelback Collision on 2/4. I just got my car back today, on 3/16... A month and a half later. Let me start off by saying that the damage was not that extensive. Just a new bumper and trunk lid was all I needed, or so I thought. From day one, I d... read more
The repair had a issue where a clip wasn't replaced . Then my seats were covered in grease !!!
Terrible service I went over there to get an estimate and the guy told me he was going to send me an email with the new estimate never happen I guess I'll take my business elsewhere
Stopped in during my lunch break to get an estimate on minor damage. On the plus side, someone was able to look at it fairly quickly. After agreeing to email the estimate to me, I never received it. When I called the next day the receptionist told me I was not in the system. (So much for signing in) I did not recall the name of the guy who looked at my car but provided a description of him. I was then transferred to Tim's voicemail and left a detailed message. I did not receive a call back, and even if by chance I was ... read more
Car was in the shop about a month, very poor communication to us and insurance company (lack of returned calls, no status updates, no idea why it was taking so long). Ran out of "time" with rental car because it took so long. We finally got our car back, but there were issues that we finally got fixed by our dealership service group. Collision guys just did not seem to care. When we picked up the car, they did not ask how their service was . . . . guess I know why. Would NOT recommend them!
I have been here twice. Once I was rear ended, brought it in for repairs. This took only a few days and overall was a seamless process. Recently I hit a curb and had some mechanical issues and the wheels/tires needed replacing. As of today, my car has been there FOUR WEEKS. It is incredibly hard to get ahold of the customer service representative (I believe her name is Ileana) to get an update on my car. Working with my insurance adjuster, she has had to stop in the shop on several occasions and call me back with updates, th... read more
I have a lot to say about Camelback, and I could make this a 2 page review but I will stick to the main points. I brought my car to Camelback with rear-end damage from a hit & run. State Farm had me take my vehicle here since Camelback is a "preferred provider". Everything that followed leaving my car at Camelback was horrific. Bryan was assigned to my vehicle and in charge of giving me status updates. He screened my phone calls, refused to return a call after a voicemail, and when I did reach him would lie about the statu... read more

They are very rude with horrible customer service skills....smdh After reading the reviews below, clearly I'm not the only one!!! They need to close shop, racist bastards!! Trust me they do not deserve a one but Yelp made me rate them!!
