It's been a few weeks since I've gotten my car back from Camelback Toyota Collision Center, and I must say I'm quite impressed. Like Emily, my car too was in a hit and run, only I was inside a friend's house on Friday night at the time and came outside to find a not-so-sweet treat. Egads! The front passenger side quarter panel was crumpled, the headlight annihilated, and my hopes were dashed of having an pleasant three-day Columbus weekend. Fuming, I drove home in silence and plotted my revenge. The next morning I started t... read more

I unfortunately have had to visit these guys too many times since I bought my car in February, most recently for a most disheartening hit and run, in which myself and my car were the victims. I had really good service from the dealer and have been happy with interactions with them since, but it is a completely different experience with the collision center. The staff is unfriendly, not very accommodating or particularly compassionate. I think they figure if a customer is going to the dealer for repairs then their minds ar... read more

We took our vehicle here for a rear bumper repair and they have messed up twice now. The repair does not seem that difficult for a body shop.

Came here after my 2014 Sequoia was rear-ended. I thought a Toyota place would be my best option, but I was wrong. They messed up the rear bumper twice. This should've been an easy process for a body shop, but not for this place.

Overall, the experience was okay. Mason remained as communicative as possible- they are busy so I get it. There was a delay on the first pick up date but I wasn't notified until the day of that it would be an extra week. Went to go pick it up the week later and there was an issue with a bracket missing- it was very noticeable just looking at the front that something was missing. The following day, once the bracket was fixed, went to drive it home and the AC was blowing hot. Someone forgot to recharge it. We have a cold air ... read more

Absolute joke of a "professional shop". Car took longer than quoted, argued with me about what a splined lug nut was and why they couldnt take off the wheels, then told me to come look for the lug nut adapter in the car myself??? Every customer in the lobby both times while there was unhappy and disgruntled over some interaction they had with someone on staff.

Had to get some work done on my car. USAA required me to go to one of their partners to get the estimate and then I could take the car to Chapman to do the actual work. I took the car to Camelback Collision to get the estimate. Worked with a guy named Mason and he was a nice guy. Mason told me they don't work in BMW's and could provide the estimate but would have to check with his manager if they could do the work. I explained USAA just wanted me to get the estimate and that's all I needed at this point. He took a look... read more

alled and made an appointment for an estimate, gave them the make and model of the vehicle when I scheduled. I arrived for my appointment on time and had to wait about 15 minutes for the estimator. She comes out, sees that I have a Range Rover and says that they don't work on luxury cars but she could still write up the estimate. I asked why they didn't tell me that when I called but she didn't know. She said it would take 1-2 days for the estimate. Estimate never arrived, so I called Adam Quiles the Collision Estimator... read more

They advertise ALL makes and models repaired...FALSE STATEMENT!! Better make sure they have the tools!! I didn't want to return after the last encounter at this place with my husband's car. The insurance said it was their preferred shop and my husband was wanting to give them a second chance. A Manager took over his repairs after the initial cluster F and made it right for him. I was reluctant and should have went with my gut instinct! We get an estimate, they schedule the car to be dropped off. They were told to let us... read more
