Horrible customer service! They repaired the back end of my SUV after being rear ended. After getting my car back my back door latch kept breaking several times in a few months. They kept doing band-aid repair jobs and now it's broken again and they claim they have no record of any of the repairs. I only have the original receipt. Of course the lady approving all of the repairs conveniently no longer works there. I will never take care a car there again. Incredibly rude and unprofessional!

Waste of time and money. You'd be better off leaving your car in the forest hoping a few deer figure out how to fix it.

I was rear ended over a month ago and my car had some damage, but not extensive. Per the request of the other driver's insurance company, I brought my car here for repairs. Frank Castro was in charge of receiving my car. I had to wait about 30 min for him to meet with us after having a scheduled appointment. Do I really need to say anything else after these pictures!!!! My car was hit in a parking garage and my insurance recommended this company. It took months to get my car fixed and now 2 years later the paint on the bumper is peeling off. This picture should speak for itself. I hope that the owner takes action and this never happens to someone else. I have never posted a review on yelp before but I am only doing this to save anyone their time. lack of respect for vehicles? Come to Camelback collision. After being told NUMEROUS times that they would get it handled "asap" that was a joke. I'm giving two stars because Geico has been great to me and very respectful. I informed all parties that i would be moving and everyone made it seem that was totally fine it was not at all apparently, i dropped my truck off just to be told "They told us about it but we didn't know what to do" .... what ? 11 weeks ago I was rear ended whilst stationary at red traffic lights and took my almost previous pristine car to this body shop. Worst decision ever! My service agent was Frank junior who did not even make any contact with me the first 6 weeks ! After this his contact was mostly after I phoned him for an update, or complained to his manger about his poor customer service. Do not take your car here Customer service is non-existent until you pay! I dropped the car off and was promised a reply within 24 hours on some other work I wanted done in addition to the insurance repair When I didn't hear back, I called, was placed on hold x 20 minutes Had to hang up and call back They said "we will get back to you on that! All I can say is ditto on all the bad comments below. I cannot stress enough to take your business elsewhere. They had our vehicle for over a month!!! And they still tried jerking us around to try and carry out the repair time. I ended up calling every. Single.day after the 5th week passed. Unbelievable........
