Yvonne was super amazing and very thorough on assisting me with getting my vehicle repaired. Although they were minor, my vehicle is a new model and the parts had to be special ordered. I had it back within a week, definitely would recommend this repair shop if you're a USAA member!

Okay, so I have had to take my car, unfortunately, twice, to Camelback Collision Center because of stupid drivers in Phoenix. But, I have had excellent service from CCC. They were fast, they keep you informed the whole way. I really liked that they kept me on top of what was going on without me having to call them. They did excellent work. My first accident was a hit and run and the drunk wiped out my whole front end and Camelback fixed it like new in a week. No you cannot fix damage like that in a day, people. Simply awesome service. Jerry Sr. did a terrific repair job. Car looks better than new. Returned in 3 days as promised. Colleague referred me to Camelback Toyota Collision Center after they had a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I just picked up my vehicle from Camelback Collision Center. I couldn't be more pleased. Lindsey was my service writer. Be sure to ask for her when you use this company. She is very good at estimates, communication and overseeing the repair of your vehicle. Lindsey set me up on their communication system called 'My Repair Tracker'. I received a text informing me of the work status of my vehicle during the three day repair. I had a question about the pick up time and was connected to Lindsey immediately. Jay, the service manager was a lifesaver today! Selling my car tonight and knocked my side mirror off. He painted my new mirror the same day! Super team and very professional. I'll be coming back for sure if ever I need to.

I am very pleased with this business. The work was top notch. It did take awhile to get the job done but Jazmine was excellent at keeping me informed on the status. She even noticed a scratch that was done by accident. They were very prompt to fix it without any argument. Now my car looks brand new. You guys were great thank you!

Okay, In todays world it seems like every place is trying to nickel and dime us to death right? Not so! I got into a fender bender this morning and my back rear bumper had a pretty sizable dent. Not wanting to spend alot of money to get it replaced, I wanted to find a place that would just "pop" out the dent, no repainting just the basic. My 2010 Prius was nearly totalled when I rear ended someone last October. My insurance company recommended I take my car to Camelback Toyota Collision Center. The service I received and the repairs to my car couldn't have been better. I was regularly updated as to the repair status and the repairs were completed ahead of schedule! Could not be happier; Thanks, Toyota!
