Ease of drop off and pick up for appointments. I like having a dedicated service advisor that will stick with you as a client The parking lot area in drop off space is kind of jumbled and problematic to pull in and out of with the amount of parking spaces that are needed

While the sales guy was cool, the finance guy was a bit pushy. And that was after an hour and a half of waiting for *him* to be ready to see me. There were scratches on the car that had been buffed to the point they wouldn't have been noticed until after the first wash. They weren't the best but weren't the worst either. All in all, probably would NOT buy from them again

Even though I had to go back because the part had to be sent for when I originally came in, the service advisor, Travis, took care of me immediately. When he saw me in the line of vehicles at 7 a.m., he waived and came out to check me in. I expected the service would be about three or four hours because of the labor cost I had been quoted, but the service only took about 90 minutes, and when it was finished, Travis came directly to me to let me know my car was ready.
