I had a great experience with the service department. My service representative was polite, attentive, and quick to respond to my needs at the front desk. I really appreciated that he waited for me after hours so I could pick up my car, since I had to work late. That level of customer care really stands out. As long as I own my Kia, I'll continue to use their services!

Good maintenance service as it should be, but it was very annoying to have more than one salesman calling to sell me a new car. The dealership is desperate for sales and that desire permeates throughout. I was sent service coupons from the dealership. At checkout, the service department would only allow me to use one coupon. It is going to be a waste of everyone's time but the next time the car is due for service, I will make a separate appointment for each coupon to be used.
All fluids were not topped off. Car was not washed. Customer service from Service technician was stellar!
Very friendly service and was in and out very quickly
We told this place 2 days before we went there exactly what vehicle we wanted, got there and it took forever, not very organized/efficient. Sales person was good, the finance person we had, we tried calling several times about questions, he never answered or returned our calls. Had to take vehicle back for a few minor touch ups.
