This place is unethical!! My family got SCAMMED. Buying/selling under false pretense is wrong. We got a trade in offer in WRITING from them today, allowed them to run credit and drive hours for this deal. Spoke with a salesman and finance who both SAID they verified with the manager on shift for the overall approved price. I had a very, very bad experience at this place. Three months ago, I took my car to get the oil changed; when I picked it up, the car was dirty, and they said they would wash it. They never did, but that's just the beginning of this story. When I took the car out 44 minutes later, it stopped working. I need to tow the vehicle back to them and ask what happened.
