My car was originally in this shop in late January due to problems with A/C. After getting in and out twice, I was given a loaner car (pretty barebones) and my car was then held in the shop for over 3 weeks. Finally it got fixed, and it was all covered by the insurance. During the 3 weeks communication was less than stellar, and the updates were scarce.
