To say this is a bad review or just a complaint is a mere understatement. The neglect and many expenses I have acquired with this ongoing ordeal are just a few of many instances that have made it hard to function on a normal day to day basis. My Mom had spoke with Ray about a vehicle here and she seemed to trust him. I went alone just me a 26 year old female. I arrive and Ray is busy. I get the young guy Roger (been there maybe 6months he said) I was firm at my price range and payments I'd like and I needed help to find a car in my range. He did not show me the vehicle my mom looked at online and spoke to Ray to. He takes me to the lot and has absolutely so idea how to do his job, didn't point out a single car in my range, I had to ask so what about this (points)... read more

Service took 6 hours for an oil change, when I left I received a check engine light. When I scheduled an appointment into dealership, as I arrived I was told to go to VW across the street since it was used and a different brand than KIA. Having bought an extended warranty through them the warranty didn't cover anything because I was never offered multiple options other than just that lower tier level. The dealership then told me it will cost $2,000 to fix the issue and ended up going somewhere else and paid $900. Good luck t... read more

worst service department took care of in to get diagnostic done on a mis fire and they told me i need a new engine like really we jump straight to that the only thing that was wrong was a valve that was not seating took to another shop and was able to point me in the right direction do not bring your car here they are incompetent and still charged me a diagnostic fee even though the only thing they said was wring was low compression and i told them that was the problem from the beginning

Had an 1130am service appointment and showed up at 1120am today. Was told to wait in the lobby and someone would be with me shortly. Waited until 12pm and noone form the service department could be bothered to get off there computers to help me. The young lady who checked me in came by and asked if I had been helped and said she would go check in. Not sure what is more important than helping a in-person customer with an appointment. Terrible service from their "service" department. Wish I didn't buy my car from them. Nothing... read more
