Prompt service and didn't try to up sale. Kia needs to present consistant service suggestions. They do not. Dealership did a good job of explaining.

Service advisor did not tell me about 2 recall items that I learned about on my paperwork after I got home, as a result I will need to return. Also, even though my oil change was done in an hour, I did have an appointment afterward and when I scheduled the oil change I said I would wait. When I got there at 7 am I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Totally unacceptable with an appointment for a 20 minute service.
