Probably one of the most chaotic, disappointing car buying experiences I've ever had. The car was not ready as promised when I flew into PHX from Seattle. I had to spend money on a hotel - and the service manager tried to talk me out of a critical repair that they had identified. No cars don't really need motor mounts... They offered me a discount for my inconvenience- then reneged. I lost two days of a planned five San Diego because the process was so chaotic. multiple people offered to assist and then disappeared. Ive had my vehicle serviced three times. First time was ok, second time was absolutely horrible and they kept me there all day with "oh its just another hour" 9 hours later after complaining to the manager I finally got my car back and a slight discount for the horrible customer service. They followed up with a phone call to say theyre working on their customer service etc.....well customer service was much better the third time around however i left with a problem i didnt have when i got there, I cant get a manager to call... read more

Poor customer service! Second attempt to get same issue fixed. First time I was told $3500, I spoke with Kia and they sent me documentation to show that this item was covered under warranty. Second time, Advisor states, "$199 to diagnose, and then we will let you know. Kia's letter means nothing to us". I left Way too many options in Phoenix to be treated poorly!

Poor customer service! Second attempt to get same issue fixed. First time I was told $3500, I spoke with Kia and they sent me documentation to show that this item was covered under warranty. Second time, Advisor states, "$199 to diagnose, and then we will let you know. Kia's letter means nothing to us". I left Way too many options in Phoenix to be treated poorly!

I received a recall notice for my vehicle, and I attempted to schedule with their "service" department. They do not take calls at the dealership, instead I'm re-routed to a call center in India. Nobody there can help me since this isn't a routine maintenance issue, so they said they would leave a message for their "service" advisor to call me. I never heard from anyone at the dealership. I had a recall from the manufacture on a Kia Optima. If I didn't have the recall I would not have ever come to the service center. I scheduled for this possible repair. It took the service center 3 hours to tell me, yes you need a part replaced but we don't have it is stock. I would be called once the part was in to schedule the repair. I waited 3 weeks and decided to call to see if the part was in. I was told by the service rep, that the part was in stock the whole time and it was his mistake. He said he tried to call... read more
