Our Service rep, Rick, takes great care of us and our needs.
Good maintenance service as it should be, but it was very annoying to have more than one salesman calling to sell me a new car. The dealership is desperate for sales and that desire permeates throughout. I was sent service coupons from the dealership. At checkout, the service department would only allow me to use one coupon. It is going to be a waste of everyone's time but the next time the car is due for service, I will make a separate appointment for each coupon to be used.
All fluids were not topped off. Car was not washed. Customer service from Service technician was stellar!

I had been going to a different Hyundai dealer due to disappointment in the staff and condition of the premises. I tried again since it is closer to me. The service department experience was greatly improved. The service staff talked me through getting my car with 2 flat tires to them. I had a warranty and they ensured everything was covered. They kept me informed when there was a delay to getting parts. I will most likely come back to Camelback Hyundai in the future.
