Had an 1130am service appointment and showed up at 1120am today. Was told to wait in the lobby and someone would be with me shortly. Waited until 12pm and noone form the service department could be bothered to get off there computers to help me. The young lady who checked me in came by and asked if I had been helped and said she would go check in. Not sure what is more important than helping a in-person customer with an appointment. So I went one day to try to make a deal that didn't work out and I'm not dissatisfied with that turnout the numbers just didn't add up. The second day was the problem. I went back to them to trade in a different car and purchase a used car from them. I called them ahead of time to check the availability and , it was available. They had ran my credit the day before so they knew my situation with my trade in and credit score. I asked if they could start the purchase process over the phone since they already had my info. Don't buy here.   Don't get service here. I did not buy my car here because the sales people seemed slimy. I came for a recall fix - only because they are the closest dealer to me. Getting an appointment not great. There chatbot sucks. There service team is hard to get a hold of. They wanted $1,200 in service fees for other "must" do items.  No thanks.  Got called a few days, later offering 50% off (just proves the rip off rate).  My biggest complaint was picking up my car. I actually started writing my review while in the Kia dealership. It appears I had time to kill. This specific review is of the Service department. First off...I LOVE my Kia. It's comfortable, I have driven over 200k miles and it still works great, and it is a low maintenance vehicle . My car qualifies for a Kia Reimbursement program, (that speaks to how old my car is). I actually started writing my review while in the Kia dealership. It appears I had time to kill. This specific review is of the Service department. First off...I LOVE my Kia. Shady dealer that will not give you the out the door price on a vehicle you're interested in, and then stops answering your emails. I imagine they have ridiculous hidden "dealer addons". It's 2024 just tell people how much you're selling something for...
