This is for their service dept. They are extremely rude and condescending. I called yesterday to reschedule my appt because I couldn't make the original time work since I had to watch my granddaughters for my daughter who had to work. He deleted the appt instead of rescheduling it which erased all the notes as to what I needed done. Then he acts like it was my fault, saying that I said I needed to cancel it, and he was acting like I was inconveniencing him because none of their times worked for me. Oh and less than a week after this more than disappointing service appt, the engine temperature warning light is now on. THIS CAR IS THREE MONTHS OLD. Did they even do an oil change? Check the coolant? Who knows. Now will somebody finally be concerned about the abnormal noise? Again, who knows. But now I get to waste yet another day of my life bringing it in somewhere else to find out

If I could choose zero stars, I would. I had two safety recalls to be done on my Optima. I scheduled the appointment and when I arrived, I was told it would be "hours" to have the items addressed. I asked if it would be 2 hours or 8 and was told probably 2.5 hours. So I decided to work while I waited for my car. At the 3 hour point, I inquired as to when I could expect the car. Staff went out to the bays where the car was being worked on. After about 20 minutes, I was told that they just got the car in and it they wou... read more

I got my car and if I like it and everything but they can't help me save all my documents for my car for payments and I already have time asking for help and they don't know how to explain anything to me or where to communicate and who to talk to they only made the sale and they no longer answer messages or calls it's annoying that

Bad service. I purchased my 2023 Kia Sportage last year. Yes, it was an earlier release for a 2023 model. I've driven the car for around five months and I noticed the car abnormally shakes when pressing the break during high speed or downhill. I had it scheduled for repair twice but they never fixed the issue. They claimed nothing's going on and it was just my driving. They are absolutely useless. I went to Kia Avondale for the same issue and they were able to fix it. I will never bring my car again to this dealership for se... read more
