I've been coming to this dealership for years as I am a loyal customer to those who treat me right. I always went to the same guy who would usually find me discounts when he took care of me. But ever since he left, my experience has changed. Brought my car in because the AC stopped working, to which they were able to charge it enough to work for a couple of days until I was able to afford the recommending fixings of a $2600 repair. They add all these extra fees and fake add ons. They say they have the car, make you drive 45min and then you get there and nothing... their customer service sucks.

The service department here is not great. Had my 2023 sportage in for service for a broken AC (which shouldn't even happen in a brand new car). They say they will call you and they don't. I was constantly chasing them for updates. When they finally figured out exactly the issue- parts were on back order so it had to stay for a week. And of course, they had no loaner cars to give me for my completely under warranty brand new car; very difficult to try and make it to work every day with no car and no back up.

This is for their service dept. They are extremely rude and condescending. I called yesterday to reschedule my appt because I couldn't make the original time work since I had to watch my granddaughters for my daughter who had to work. He deleted the appt instead of rescheduling it which erased all the notes as to what I needed done. Then he acts like it was my fault, saying that I said I needed to cancel it, and he was acting like I was inconveniencing him because none of their times worked for me.
