Do not go to this dealership, I was sold a bad car, with marker to cover the damage. I have a missing USB port. I was told the car was Certified now they are claiming it is and as is purchase. I could not see the marker on the black car because it was night time. My seat belt takes a while to buckle. My key is about to fall apart. I never trusted car dealerships, and this one just destroyed it forever. Never purchase a car here.

**DISAPPOINTING UPDATE** We have always had such a positive experience here in the past, but not recently. Quite often we are called, emailed or text that we could "trade in" for a newer K5. 2 or 3 weeks ago we took them up on the invite, my husband was contacted by Tyrone. My husband text him let him know we were on our way, we get to the dealer and no Tyrone they call him nothing. So another salesman comes up and says Tyrone is always disappearing they have no idea where he is and the manager said some not-so-great thing... read more

There is a reason I have not purchased a New car in 23 years...I despise the process of negotiating knowing they will try everything to screw you over for maximum profit. Sorry for long review. The Good. Sales guys I worked with were nice, but most importantly, this Dealership kept their word on a verbal deal I made previous week and did the right thing in the end which is very honorable. Beware! This dealership will sell a car that you're test driving out from under your nose to somebody else. Called in looking for the new Sportage and talked to a salesman named Julian. He said he had one on the lot and if I can get there within the day he'd give me a great deal on it so he could make his monthly bonus. So, I let him know I was immediately driving to Phoenix and arrived there in 30 minutes. He was busy with another customer. Okay, no worries I guess.
