I personally like this facility very much. The campus is beautiful. The rooms were nice and the "Great Room" is just homey and cozy. I loved the feel of the dining room (very restaurant style). The fish tanks are a plus. All the "age in place" steps are there. But although i personally loved it, I know it is not quite what other family members have in mind. Again, I very much liked this facility.
They are accommodating when it comes to dad's special diet. The staff are nice, helpful and answer our questions. They do have a calendar of daily events. The community is well taken care of. I would recommend this community.
I toured this community for my mother and her needs. My tour went well. The community looked nice and well-kept. The staff I met was friendly and kind. Everything went well, and they were very kind to my family and myself. It was a nice experience.
Based on my advisor's referral to this home everything is good now. I needed to have a home for my dad right away. CareOne had my dad ready to move in within one hour from the rehab he was being discharged from. The staff really helped me out with the care my dad needs. The staff are compassionate and communicate with me.[Removed] was very helpful and made the connection for an easy move-in.
The staff at CareOne are doing a nice job, the apartment my mother is in is nice. I haven't been very happy with the aids. They don't keep the schedules and I have told the director she's not getting showers. It doesn't seem like anyone is reinforcing them. I have spoken to someone and I think it's happening now. The meals don't taste that great, they don't cook with salt. The marketing director [Removed] is by far the best, he knows all of the resident's names and whenever he see's me he asks about my mother.
My uncle is being cared for very well here at this community. They have a lovely staff, and they are caring for him and his needs very well. There are nice activities available for the residents. The meals are nice, he is pleased with the food. I know he is safe and in good hands here. So far everything is working out pretty well for us here.
This community has given me mixed emotions about the care they have provided my loved one. I am very concerned with the night shift and how long it takes the aids to get to my wife after she rings her light for assistance. She can not get up or down by her self so when she has to go to the restroom or has an emergency they can not be taking up to an hour to get to her bedside. The concern, care, professionalism, and ability of the people who took care of my husband was exceptionally fine. All the caretakers were enthusiastic, friendly, and caring. Everyone interacted with him as much as was possible; they made him laugh and were careful of where he was tender or sore. If I had to find one negative, it would be the accounting of monies paid. It is not a matter of dishonesty, just a matter of confusion. The facility is lovely and well cared for. I would recommend it others.
I'm another one for not writing reviews, but for the few that are worth it, I will. This is one of them. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the services of CareOne at Morris Assisted Living. My mother will be 103 yrs. old the end of this month (Nov. '16) and she has been a permanent resident in CareOne since Feb. '16. She has been in for respite stays over the past six yrs.
