I visited this facility I visited this facility off hours, late evening and a Sunday before scheduled appointment for family member, no one stopped me at desk to sign in, one receptiontist showed annoyance with party resident and or busy on their cell phone! Residents sleeping In lobby as well as in tv blasting activity room off lobby. Most of residents in wheelchairs or using walkers and requirie full asistance as well from staff. I am a friend or relative of a resident My dad stayed at CareOne when he was recovering from his surgery. The staff was very nice. It was a completely different type of setting. It was more like in between a hospital and assisted living. He was in a semi-private room, and the situation depended on who his roommate was. You would never know who you were going to get. I am/was a resident of this facility I was a resident for one month while recuperating from hip surgery. I found the medical and office staff wonderfully accommodating and helpful and well-educated. The physical therapy department was 100% on top of their game. I hope to never need these services again but if I do, I would definitely come back and I 100% recommend this facility to anyone who's looking to rehabilitate.

I am a friend or relative of resident I have to say when this place started, it had its problems. But as a family member that had their grandmother their more than once it has improved tremendously. The administration has really worked on everything and everyone in there, it clearly shows. Therapy is one of it's best, really got my grandmother where she needed to be. I am a friend or relative of a resident My father is at Care One at Moorestown right now. I like the location because it is close to me and my family. The staff seems pretty good. The facilities are nice, and it has some rehabilitation that he was looking for that we needed to get for him. Talking to them, they were giving good feedback. They seem on top of things. The place was very clean. My dad seems pretty adjusted to it.

I am a friend or relative of a resident I would give CareOne at Evesham the highest star. It's the best place that I can think of. The food as well as the staff is excellent.

I am a friend or relative of a resident My sister was in a rehab at CareOne for almost a month. They're just a regular facility, nothing to brag about. However, they did the best that they could for my sister. For me, the facility was a C+ and the living environment was a C-. I just didn't like the atmosphere in their rehab facility. There were too many people around and it was too crowded, so if you need help, it is not right off. Also the food was not great. I am/was a resident of this facility I was a patient at Care One for 7 weeks and received excellent care. If there was a problem, you just had to mention it , and they tried their best to resolve it. The new administration, under the direction if Ari is improving constantly. Their goal is to make this a top rated facility and it shows. I will always be grateful to the nursing staff, aides, Food Service staff, pt and OT and Clergy for their consistent attention to my welfare. Care One is Number One in my book!

I am a friend or relative of a resident My mother was at CareOne for 7 months. The actual hands-on nursing staff, the nurses and aides were absolutely wonderful. The rooms were beautiful and the design of the facility was very comforting and it looked like you're at home. It had a very nice atmosphere, however, I was disappointed in the physical therapy department. They did a lot of rush physical therapy.
