I am a friend or relative of a resident I have been associated with this facility for about 6 years now. My mom startred rehab here after having surgery. She now lives there in the nursing home section as opposed to the rehab unit. I have been happy with the care since the first time . They have a low turn over of employess which says alot about a facility of this nature. That speaks highly of management being in management myself. I am a friend or relative of a resident My aunt became a resident at Millbury Health Care Center three years ago. The staff were loving and patient with her. They were also caring towards me, her niece, who lived nearby. The staff are friendly, and helpful. The place is clean, the walls are decorated, and it exudes "We are happy to help".

I visited this facility Nurses and CNAs are very nice to both residents and visitors. They seem to genuinely care about residents both as patients and friends. Equipment is all up to date. There are daily activities as well as special group activities at least once a week. The main thing holding the facility back seems to be corporate. They are out of touch with what is necessary to keep the facility running smoothly, sometimes leaving nurses short-staffed, forcing them to rely on temp agencies. I am a friend or relative of a resident Just to preface, I am a daughter of a patient at Pine Rest in Paramus, NJ and have visited my mother there on a number of occasions. I would say that the staff is very helpful and very attentive. From observation, they are very patient with some of the more difficult patients. I visited this facility My mother is currently at CareOne (November, 2011) and I am very thankful for the quality of care she is getting. The sad reality of any managed care setting (think: nursing home) is that it's at best, a 50-50 crap shoot, odds that nobody likes when it comes to the care of their elderly parent. At CareOne at Valley, I'd have to say that 80% of the aides and 75% of tne nurses are outstanding. Stand out nurses include Carole, John, Beverly, Gersey, Linda and Denelle (sp?). I am/was a resident of this facility I am so happy to be here. The staff is wonderful. The activities are great. The Christmas shows I enjoyed and bingo I love. All are thoughtful and polite. I've been other rehab and I find this one to be the best. Sincerely, O.S.

I am a friend or relative of a resident Upon entering the facility it is a lovely place it looks quite upscale and overall warm feelings as you walk through the door. The staff are quite friendly and helpful always attentive, there is always someone around to assist you or your family memebers and you never feel like your on your own. I am a friend or relative of a resident The Cupola facility is very nice and welcoming to visitors. They just completed some new renovations to enhance the beauty of the facility recently. I went there to visit my grandmother often and always found the staff to be kind and welcoming too. The cleaning staff does a great job and the cooking staff as well. I am a friend or relative of a resident This facility is located in a beautiful area with lots of trees and landscaped grounds. Upon entering this facility you are greeted by a Receptionist who will direct you the correct area. The rooms are appointed nicely with furniture . The telephone was given to residents in each room. The food was described by my loved one as "fair". The staff seemed to cater to all residents needs in a timely maner.
