My father's adjustment has gone very well at Harmony Village. It is a pleasure for his family members to visit him in such attractive surroundings and to find him calm and happy. Knowing he is receiving compassionate and engaging care at Harmony Village is a great load off my mind! The administrative and staff communicates well with his family.
They're doing a great job, my loved one is really enjoying it here! It's a nice looking, clean, well kept community, and the staff have all been very friendly so far. They do an amazing job with the activities, there is always something going on for her to do, and she is loving it here! I would highly recommend them!
They are very good at taking care of the residents. The care providers are really good, exceptionally friendly, though they do seem at times (particularly weekends) to be a little understaffed. One area of improvement would be their billing department. Their billing department absolutely stinks. There have also been a couple of instances where they have waited until the last minute to let me know when my husband is running low on something. Other than those areas it has been a really good overall experience.
They are really doing a great job. The overall experience with CareOne Harmony Village at Moorestown has really been fantastic. My mom has four children, and all four of us are very happy with where mom is at. They are on the cutting edge treatment wise, and the people there really couldn't possibly be nicer. My mother doesn't participate in many activities. She is 87. She's in a wheelchair. This is a transition period between home and nursing home. She's been there for about two months. She's also been in August. The staff are very friendly. They answer my questions, and respond to my concerns very quickly. I don't see her much because I don't drive. Visited this facility last year. Very nice staff. Beautiful quad neighborhoods for memory care component. Feels just a bit institutional though. Didn't notice enough caregiver to resident ratio. Not too bad a facility as second choice for now overall.
We have been very pleased with the attentive care provided by Care One. My mother has been in the Skilled Nursing facility for about 7 weeks. The nurses and nurses' aides have been very caring and on top of whatever is going on with my mother. Effort has been made numerous times to find and deliver just the right type of wheel chair that will accommodate her comfort and needs. My is there now and she seems pretty happy. They have plenty of activities. It’s nice because they’re taking people with Alzheimer’s Disease and forgetfulness. It’s different from being old. They put residents in groups with the same cognitive levels. My mom can get up and walking around and go outside, while still being in a secure area. My mom likes to sit in the sun or in the shade in the summer. They are very responsive. I am happy with them.
They were nice to him and he liked it there. They kept the community clean, but he always seemed to be filthy and smelly, they didn't do as good of a job keeping him clean. The food would be a 3+, they did have some choices, but the food service was not so great. They didn't really communicate what the persons needs and likes were.
