I visited this facility I have visited this facility quite a few times through work. The facility is neat and clean, the layout is easy to understand, and the rooms seem like hotel rooms. Overall, the feeling is very comforting and the atmosphere is very welcoming.The staff is friendly and attentive to patient needs. Often I have found that nursing homes look more like old hospitals and it is not very welcoming, but at Care One that is not the case. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The rooms .. the bed , the chairs everything seems very old. The food is inedible not something I would feed my family. The staff does not communicate easily with family unless you go above and demand it. Many nurses and staff constantly switching roles or just vanishing so communication is difficult during an already difficult time. Staff does not seem invested in patients.

Food is horrible rooms are unclean air conditioning does not work. Bathrooms are all backed up and filthy . People's clothes and personal belongings get stolen. This is an everyday occurrence. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Would not recommend this facility. Aides are rude and do not want to be bothered. Simple things like: placing the remotes/phone/nurses call button near the patient seemed difficult to follow. Patients wait forever for bedpans to be given and removed!!!! It should be called Care None!! Do not go to this facility!!!
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident CareOne at Evesham - SNF is OK. It's not truly rehab. To me, it seems like one step above a skilled nursing facility. So it's not what we were expecting for rehab. Mom was transferred there from the hospital. Would I have chosen it? Probably not. They don't seem to focus on rehab. Upon discovering him neglected and in distress, I experienced significant delays in receiving adequate medical attention. The staff's response was inadequate, and ultimately, his condition deteriorated due to preventable neglect. This resulted in a serious UTI requiring emergency hospital treatment. The place currently under covid has no real protocol they basically sit gloves,masks, and gowns outside the affected rooms as the resident is pretty much left to fend for themselves. They leave the residents just sitting out in the hall for extended periods of time and ignore the residents wishes . I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I wouldn't even give one star, except some of the staff were excellent in caring, and I want them to know i appreciate them. The administrator though, is very uncaring, and should not work in an environment where elderly are residing. My mom was there for 7 years, and the entire place went downhill as soon as she took over. I visited this facility The rooms are okay. The food is horrible. The staff seem very busy and every time I visit there are huddled in there room/office area. I do not ever see my friend getting the care they need and I can't say I'm not disappointed. She is old a frail and could use more help then she is receiving. I bring her in food and have to feed her as she can hardly feed herself. I'm thinking about contacting an attorney to access this situation.
