They were kind to my pet and I am scheduling surgery for my dog at caring hands . Some animal hospitals you don't know if he's going to get Jekyll or Hyde answering the phone. They are consistently kind and welcoming. I will definitely suggest trying caring hands animal Hospital.

I have to say that I am very pleased that after a misunderstanding with what surgeries we wanted for our 7 month French Bulldog and having to pay for the exam even though we will not be doing the surgery at this location since they don't have a doctor to do the procedure he needs the manager gave us our refund back and apologized for the miscommunication. Such a good soul. Thanks Caring Hands

Thanks for your wonderful service . My Dog and i loved the staff .The office is beautiful clean and large . There is enough space for five dogs in the lobby . I had no problem parking .There is a large parking lot and we had no problem finding a space . Don't forget to bring your pets vet history to make your check in easer . Every thing is going well . I will give you a up date my dog is getting surgery soon we went in for blood work and check up : )

I would rate the routine visits a 4-star. 5 stars for international travel services. I had to relocate overseas with my two cats in 2021 (still during the COVID years). International travel itself involved a lot of uncertainties at the time, not to mention with two furry friends (in-cabin). The destination country's entry requirement for pets was also on the more complex side. Responsive, attentive staff. Difficult to get short-notice appointments & I wish they shared databases across their locations to update information easier. However, their quality is outstanding.

One of the worst days of my life. And they made it tolerable. Canaan Dog, Hetty, needed to be euthanized. She was not functioning well, seeing well. She was suffering. It was time. We're from out-of-town. T h i s clinic agreed to take us in as a "new client" anyway. Many other clinics did not. Prices were explained accurately and fairly. Caring Hands has a vet who lives up to the name of the practice. Kamryn Kurtz is wonderful. She spent time helping our dog get acclimated and build trust. She worked hard to make the experience a positive one and did a great job diagnosing and treating our dog. So thankful for her patience and understanding.

Caring Hands Animal Hospital of Merrifield is absolutely amazing! There are never wait times more than 10 minutes. Everyone in the office is incredibly professional and they take great care of my animals. I had newly rescued a cat and brought her in for a well visit, and they ended up saving her life and providing emergency surgery during their lunch break.
