It is obvious these people do what they do because they really love animals...even the reception staff are above and beyond. Rob payed very close attention to detail when I explained symptoms, took notes, and relayed the info to the tech and to the vets. They were lighting quick calling back with research results and squeezed my dog in for an appointment just hours later! This place they took care of my two whippets. The employees are very caring the vets are wonderful they just gushed and gushed over my two cuties. I'm only disappointed they didn't feature my two on their website. Other than that I was very impressed!!! I got the puppy package it can be a bit pricey but it's worth it and the good part is they have other locations

Surprised I never wrote a review for here. I've been in the veterinary field since 1999 and extremely picky and guarded on where I take my animals. The first line of "defense" is their receptionist. They were AWESOME. Very professional and welcoming. Assistant and veterinarian were next. I think my first visit was with Dr. Baxter but fell into the hands of Dr. Richards. Great care and excellent service - I took both of my cats here since they were kittens. The service is always excellent and fast. All of the vets that checked up on my cats were professional, kind, and friendly. I highly recommend this office and am so sad we moved and can no longer come here.

After taking my cat to another vet that gave sub-par care, I took her here for treatment. She wasn't breathing or eating well. Unfortunately, they discovered a tumor in her throat that blocked her airway. I had to put her to sleep because there was nothing we could do. Dr. Heather Kleiser went above and beyond to explain everything to me and comfort me during this very difficult time. I was treated with dignity and care the minute I walked through the door. Gosh this practice is so wonderful. We ended up here accidentally. I thought I was booking an appointment at the Caring Hands in Arlington, so we kept the appointment anyway. It's out of the way for us, but so wonderful thy we can't bear to switch. We have been here for urgent visits and routine visits. They are always timely, professional, and very caring. We brought our elderly pound pup here days after being adopted and the doc was very kind and very sure of herself. Unfortunately our 18lb boy was still nervous about his new environment and unsure about the vet so he was pretty uncomfortable during the exam and wasn't calmed by the doc. She was a little loud and assertive, which wasn't effective in getting our boy to relax. BEST VETERINARY HOSPITAL EVER!! All of the doctors are amazing!! Never a dull moment. The techs, assistants and receptionist are the best!!! I will say, this was one of the BEST veterinary Hosptial's I ever worked for! Thank you for the amazing time I had while I was there! Miss all of you!
