We LOVE our new vet! My dog is very fearful of new people and places so I was extremely worried for the visit but all the staff, especially Dr. Richards and Miranda made sure my dog was comfortable. At our previous vet, I felt extremely rushed and unwelcome because the Dr and the staff didn't even take their time to say hello to my puppy and hated his breed. I love this clinic! The staff is absolutely wonderful and help in any way they can. I can't sing Dr. Richard's praises enough: she is professional, kind, caring and always goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

I was referred to this place from a lady who helped feral cats in my neighborhood. This place helped all 4 of them. So I took my own babies there. My 9 month kitten was just spayed on Friday and she's acting normal as can be. No pain, she's playing and eating- they did an excellent job. A little pricey but it's worth it!!!

It's always a pleasure to take my cat to the " Caring Hands" vet. It's not only VERY clean but everyone is very welcoming and always smiling. The staff at the front desk is very professional and the vets and assistants are amazing. You will not be disappointed if you go there and your pet will receive the best care you can hope for. This was the best experience at a vet that I have ever had! Everything was perfect and my cat didn't even freak out like normal! No wait time, the front desk staff, vet tech, and vet were all friendly and treated me like a valued customer. Price also seemed reasonable. I will definitely use this vet from now on!

I was referred by someone I met at a dog park...actually she referred me to another office. I took my cocker spaniel puppy to the merrifield office when she needed surgery for cherry-eye. I had a couple of other options but I'd spoken with Dr. Richards over the phone and she made me feel as if she knew exactly what she was doing. She also quoted a price without reservation. Always great customer service. Kind and considerate in all situations. We have been going to Dr. Richards for 2 years. She has helped us through a lot with both our cat and dog. We appreciate how she takes the time to make sure we understand all aspects of the situation. Then the staff goes the extra mile and calls the next day to check in. They are the best!!!
