Got a hat here not too long ago , very good hat , I get compliments on it when I step out with it on, the staff didn't help me except Miguel but I didn't need them to because unlike the pretentious and entitled boomers and hipster dork millennials that plague this city and leave 1 star reviews when they don't get treated the king of England when they enter a place, I actually know what I'm looking for , prices were reasonable too. Yee haw!!! I was so excited to find this place when visiting my son in Texas! So many options for clothing, sizes and all! Walked out spending way too much but will definitely be back next time I visit!

I'm from Connecticut, visiting family for the weekend. I wanted cowgirl boots to truly fulfill my Texas dreams of buying an authentic pair in Texas! Cavender's was suggested by the owners of Bougie's Donuts and Coffee(they are great and close by). Walking into this store I was in cowgirl heaven, I wish I had more time to look through the clothes. I bought my first pair of cowgirl boots I'll never forget this experience!

I'm shocked by these comments. We were visiting from out of state and had an amazing experience. The customer service was great. We were taught all about how to fit a hat and of course they custom fit for hubby. Bought boots and female worker was excellent at finding our needs. Clean store. Great healthy selection as well.

Carolina was amazing so helpful in helping me find the boots. Once I head to register a girl Náutica not to sure how to spell her name but was so rude didn't even greet she looked so dissatisfied working there, she made me wait to cash me out I could tell she didn't wanna help me she was just standing there acting like she was busy. Another worker even told her twice that I was ready to cash out.
Had a friend tell me to go here for boots while I'm visiting. I was nervous since he didn't have the best customer service experience but that was not the case for me. Since my shoe size is bigger there's not a huge selection for me but Heaven helped me find a pair I wouldn't have picked for myself. But I love em and next time I'll bring my husband.
This is in south Austin came in looking for a new pair of work boots and they were having a tent sale. Great prices outside. If you do a little digging, there's some good deals kids and adults and women hats shoes, jeans. Looking for anything Western fashion? They have it- boots, hats, belts, dresses, jeans, mens button shirts, home accessories, even gift items all in one spot. The clothes are reasonable priced and the hats and boots include all price points from cheap fashion to top dollar collectibles. The staff is knowledgeable if you ask them a question but otherwise, they leave you alone to navigate the store on your own and try on whatever you want. It was well stocked and has lots of parking.
Nice selection of western wear. Helpful staff. My wife found a great coat to purchase. I couldn't find a belt I liked, but that's personal preference.
