Fast, pleasant visit. The staff was efficient & courteous. Not my favorite way to spend a Friday morning, but they got me on my way quickly. Thank you!

The were there when we needed medical help. The were fast and efficient. Can't say enough good things about are visit there yesterday.

This was a great experience all together. I was attended to by a young man in the urgent care who greeted my family and I with a smile. He assisted me in my application for a insurance program and got coverage for my visit. The doctor who attended me and her staff were all great all were kind on my visit!
I wanted to disagree with all the haters on here but I can not longer stand by my previous five-star review. While I am still pleased overall at the actual service I have received from Borrego I do have to agree with a lot of the other reviewers here on Yelp because their phone mannerism and service completely stinks!!! If you need a prescription make sure you call at least two weeks ahead of time because they will NEVER call you back. I had 2 recent experiences here. 1) I went into urgent care: The wait time was reasonable. Attending P.A. and her assistant were helpful, attentive and understanding. Two thumbs up. 2) I had an appointment with a doctor who would become my primary physician. I think he's great - he listened well, and he was engaging in our discussion of my conditions. I am very impressed. I am glad that I went here. Perhaps I was lucky this time around. I'm aware other reviewers had negative experiences.
As others have posted, The reception and phone non professional staff....meh, Far out shadowed by the Dr's and there staff. Dr Barbour and his personal staff are the BEST i wish there were 6 stars for them. The other Drs in the specialty clinic are awesome as well. You cannot go wrong here. Things went pretty well for Uncle Randy. He got some referrals & tested blood sugar, which was in the 350 range... Yikes! Doctor was nice enough, but I could tell she was highly irritated by Randy's persistent questioning.
A little more than a year ago I got a back injury playing softball with my family. After seeing numerous doctors, x-rays and MRI's it seemed no one was willing to help with anything besides prescription pills. 4th time I've been here and been turned away I've showed up at 5, 5:30, 6:30, and at 6 today every time to be told they're all booked up?there's only one person working the desk and 2 patients in the waiting room It's urgent care, and it closes at 8...how dumb. So I always go to the VIP urgent care on sunrise they are amazing.
