Another wonderful experience at CFC! The staff are always so kind and friendly. I have been seen here with my cat once before over a year ago and they remembered him when we walked in! I feel they are very reasonably priced. They do not assigned a bunch of unnecessary tests or vaccines. The lights are dimmed low, they are talking softly , have pheromone defusers to help keep cats relaxed. Very knowledgeable for any questions asked. My cat didn't even meow when he came in. Most honest and transparent vet I've been to. Appreciated the honesty without the scare tactics and the upselling you usually get at vet offices. They also handled my very anxious and sassy cat well!

Dr. Olsen and Dr. Kuperman were both amazing! My 15 year old cat had a mass that Dr. Olsen diagnosed really quickly after a few misdiagnosed vet visits. I love that they have Feliway diffusers and also little cat baskets under the chair for the cats to feel safe in. Dr. Kuperman was able to do surgery the same day to remove the mass and she did an excellent job. Great exclusive cat only practice. We have received excellent coordinated care for our big boy. Dr. Roach is amazing as well as the rest of the staff. We find their pricing extremely reasonable overall. This is a very gentle, fair practice with a kind knowledgeable staff. We highly recommend this practice.

We were visiting Berkeley from out of town and realized our cat, Coconut, was due for a monthly Solensia injection. Civic squeezed us in, thank goodness, when no other vets could. Dr. Roach is amazing, and I really wish we lived closer so she could be our permanent vet. She is very personable and knowledgeable, and she really took her time and listened to us. Even though my cat Bernard clearly needed to be put to sleep, Dr. Smith and Heather and Lin and other staff there were so compassionate and caring that I will never forget their kindness. It was the best care I could have hoped for in a sad situation. Thank you all at Civic Feline Clinic.

Every single person who works at the Civic Feline Clinic goes above and beyond, and always does more than they have to... from the people at the front desk, to the doctors and everyone else in the office. They clearly care about every single animal they see. They have saved my cat's life twice now! They have stayed late to ensure I could pick up medication. I just came back home from our first appointment at Civic Feline Clinic. We were seen by Dr. Olsen and she was awesome. Very patient with my cat and also with me, as I had a looot of questions. All staff was friendly and there was no wait time. I filled out all forms online and sent over the vet history of my cat. All costs were clearly communicated upfront, so no surprise when it was time to check out and pay.
