After having a horrible time at a previous vet clinic in Walnut Creek, I searched and found Civic Feline Clinic and couldn't be happier! They've been wonderful with my cat, Pearl, and her care. Their amazing vet techs and doctors have even worked well to help ease her of her fear of vets caused by the other clinic! They also do a great job to make sure to keep an eye on elderly cats and are very proactive in their care. Highly recommend this vet!

I absolutely love Civic Feline. They have been caring for our cats for years. Even as the staff changes the quality and caring remains the same. The staff is awesome. From the Doctors & Vet Techs to the front office staff, all wonderful. We have adopted several cats from them and love them all. They are so knowledgeable about felines. I came to them after a horrid experience at another local vet who totally misdiagnosed my very sick cat. I've been going to Civic Feline for over 15 years. The staff has changed, but the standards remain high. This week I took 4 cats to Civic Feline for general exams and routine shots. Three of the cats were inside cats and the 4th was a feral cat I adopted from Tenth Life 5 years ago. All of the cats had a good experience and the feral got 3 shots and didn't even flinch! I recommend them.

Have been going to the clinic with our cats for over 20 years. Would not consider anywhere else. The staff is friendly and caring and some have been there forever. That makes it nice to see familiar faces. Dr. Roach is caring and gentle. She explains everything thoroughly and always asks if there are questions. We've never had a complaint with them. If there is an issue they can't take care of i.e. specialist needed, they arrange for it immediately and follow up with you. Cat Vets for Cats. Can't get better than that!

My cats have received excellent care from the staff and doctors at Civic Feline Clinic. The focus is on feline care and all of the staff are knowledgeable.

This is a great place to take our cat for all of his care. They treat him with kindness and respect. Dr. Ellis and all of the staff are very competent. It is very clear that they love these animals. We really like that this is a cat-only clinic as well.

I was looking for a safe place to board my cat while gone on vacation and after previewing a few other local places, I felt the most secure in picking The Civic Feline Clinic. Compared to the other businesses, The Civic Feline Clinic has tons of parking and then when venturing inside, there's a sense of calm, warmth and cleanliness. Really pleased I found this clinic. Only cats AND women owned! Plus they have at least one late night and Saturday hours. I have a brother and sister. One is a dream at the vet the other...well let's just say that they know how to handle her without injuring themselves. Despite her bad behavior they are super kind and understanding.

Took my 2 newly adopted rescue kittens to Civic Feline after a friend referred me to them and I checked out the on line reviews. Very happy with the staff and Dr Ellis. She was great, listened to my questions and explained thoroughly. I would highly recommend them.
