Good long-time reputation, convenient location. We have always received good, friendly professional care here and my cat tolerates all of it quite well. I have used several different vets in the past but I like that this one specializes in cats. No scary dogs in the waiting room!

CFC is nothing short of amazing. After 16 years and 3 very loved and spoiled kitties, our final cat has crossed the rainbow bridge. I've been coming here for years and do enjoy the staff and friendliness--ands it's not as pricy as other places either! They also sell prescription food right here (from small to large amounts). I would highly recommend this vet for all your kitty needs. :)

I have been coming to Civic Feline since the 1980's and I'm not sure where all these negative reviews are coming from. Yes, the front desk staff is sometimes abrupt; Yes the texts emphasize clarity over tact; but I don't care how the humans are treated. That's not what I'm there for. I do care how my cats are treated and I have never had less than wonderful care for my feline friends for more than 40 years. That's worth everything.

The staff at Civic Feline Clinic are not only knowledgeable and skilled, they have a degree of compassion for cats I have not experienced with other veterinarians. I attribute this, in part, to the managing veterinarian, Dr. Anna Smith. She has worked confidently and swiftly to address my cats' needs, as well as their quirkiness, and offers good guidance in managing their care overall. I particularly recommend her for her deeply compassionate and painless method of euthanasia, for which I am immeasurably grateful.

I can't even explain just how amazing this entire clinic is. We have been a patient of Dr Kooperman who has gone above and beyond to help my cat with his difficult journey with diabetes. I am so grateful for all of her care and research to help him. Today we ended up back there with an urgent care situation. Our cat Stella, who was 19, was diagnosed with mast cell tumors, a form of cancer. The first vet we saw wanted to proceed with invasive surgery right away. I've reviewed this vet before and my great opinion has only grown stronger. On my cat's second birthday recently, he couldn't pee. I called them and they saw him within the hour, performed an emergency procedure and saved his life. Even with the urgent nature of some appointments their prices are always fair. Plus their staff is super personable.. they cared for my five foster kittens two years ago and they always recount that time with me when I come. This clinic has deeply caring staff who don't waste your time or your money. They're great listeners and give thorough explanations of their diagnoses, treatment plans, and what symptoms to look out for.
