Very impressed in our first visit to Civic Feline Clinic. Friendly, casual (non-corporate) setting with Responsive doctor and staff. We had our primary questions answered and look forward to returning for followup plus with other cats

First time coming to this vet with my cat, and I couldn't be happier. They were very friendly and professional. I definitely will be taking my cat there regularly.

I absolutely LOVE Civic Feline! I bring my cat Felix for boardings really often and they always have availability and have nice plexiglass "suites" for him to stay in. I can tell they take amazing care of Felix while he stays with them and he is never stressed when he comes home. I am able to bring Felix's own food, his blankie, and a little toy for him to cuddle with while he stays at Civic Feline and they are great about making sure each kitty's stuff makes it home with them. We have also taken Felix here for vet care, and... read more

Business response:

Thank you for your generous feedback, Tristan! Our team looks forward to seeing you and Felix again soon.

5 stars from me and 5 stars from my cat Archie!! Civic Feline saved his life! Archie was a feral who I had been feeding in my back yard. When I brought him to CFC, in March 2021, he had already been seen at an ER for abscesses on 2 paws. CFC discovered that Archie had a dangerously high fever. He was given antibiotics, fluids and sent home. His full road to recovery with CFC was approx 10 weeks, during which his fever came down then went up again, he stopped eating, he was syringe fed (luckily this kicked his appetit... read more

I've been taking my cats here for over 10 years, and I couldn't be happier. Every single doctor there is exceptional. They set their standards high, and it shows. They don't try and rush you out the door, they're great at communicating, and speak honestly and with compassion and optimism. The entire staff is super friendly and personable. I've since moved away from WC, but CFC is worth the drive. Pre-Covid, they had the sweetest office cats, it was my favorite part of the visit. It's just awesome to see how kind and genuinel... read more

The tech staff here is marvelously knowledgeable, alongside the caring physicians, and the practice seems to keep current and curious on effective care for felines. This is a busy office, so plan your visits in advance. Thank you Kara, Joseph and all who look after our babies!

THIS IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAT. This place was highly recommended by one of my friends who owns 4 cats. Dr.Rymer, my primary vet, provided an excellent care for my cat Joe for one year. Unfortunately, he passed away last October 2020. Due to Covid, I never had a chance to meet her in person, but I can tell you she was very prompt at responding my emails, very caring, over the phone, a person I can trust and build rapport right away. I made a couple of appts by phone and she was so delighted to talk to and excelle... read more

Our first experience with CFC was in early November 2020 when we took Tucker, our 12 year old Maine coon mix to see Dr. Smith. Tucker was afraid to eat and would run away every time food was placed in front of him. He would drool and had the most foul breath, so it was time to take him in. Dr. Smith immediately diagnosed him with stomatitis and recommended the removal of 14 back teeth. We agreed to the procedure and an appointment was set for the following week. Bringing Tucker home after the procedure was not a pretty sight... read more

Dr. Anna Smith was a god send on Friday. I had an emergency with one of my cats who had a swollen or blocked salivary gland. It had swelled up to where it was displacing her tongue and she could not eat. Needless to say I was a bit panicked and my regular vet could not squeeze us in as they only work a half day on Friday. CFC got me in @ 2pm. I had my vet fax over her records, they promptly get her in while I filled out the simple paperwork. In 15 minutes the Vet called me to say she had used a needle to drain it and th... read more
