My cats and I decided to delete a review written about one of their vets Regina Roach. We simply did not like her and felt betrayed, but one bad apple does not make a basket of a bunch of good apples! We always enjoyed other people working there, Dr. ELLIS is a good doctor and we will always remember her! It is Christmas, time of forgiveness and peace! We wish all the kitties from your clinic great gifts under the tree and most importantly being safe! Margarite and her fur babies .
There are businesses and there are members of the community. The cat community that is. I was lucky enough to find Civic Feline Clinic by checking Yelp a few years ago. In all my 72 yrs of dog and cat vets, Civic Feline stands head and shoulders above them all for the care of my kitty. So thankful this office is located in Walnut Creek and that they have an exemplary staff and experienced vets. Ask Dr. Ellis anything about cats and she knows!
I have been using Feline Pet Clinic for over 15 years. Always great service and I always feel like they really care about my cat. I highly recommend them.
The DVMs, the Technicians and the front office staff are caring, sensitive and knowledgeable. I completely trust Dr Ellis and her approach to care aligns with the kind of care I want my cat to receive-- she has kept her healthy for 15 years and still counting. I also appreciate Dr Ellis' social consciousness and her recent efforts to raise money for veterinary medical foundations in TX (hurricane Harvey relief) and in CA (NorCal fire relief) -- all to help rescue and treat animals impacted by both disasters.
Every time I came into Civic Feline Clinic, I felt welcome and comfortable. Despite my kitty being a horrible patient (you could describe her as "fiery"), she was treated with respect and compassion. I felt as though the veterinarians and the staff were communicative and responsive to my needs. Thank you for your wonderful care!
Everyone here is welcoming and sweet. The vets here are great and take care of any problems that arise with my cat. The best part of the place is all of the cats walking around!
I have been going to the CFC since 1990-1991 with first Phil (she lived for 20 plus years) then Max (21 pound Maine Coon mix) - The care is top notch and the staff is wonderful - I hope they are available for many years to come
I always take my boy to see Doctor Ellis and both he and I love her! The staff is great and always friendly. Everyone makes it a pleasant experience to go to the vet, and I know my boy is in good hands when he's there. The house cats are wonderful too!
