I have had the benefit of working with ClearPath twice in the last 15 months. The first time was the sale of my house of 32 years, and the second time was the renegotiation of my mortgage based on a lower interest rate. From the first day to the last day, both Tim Owen and Meghan Brooke were totally, and rapidly responsive to my stated needs. I could not have had better service, and I chose ClearPath over others in their business because of their service.

Mike Rankin and the staff at ClearPath Mortgage Solutions are wonderful to work with. We have used them to buy our home and also to refinance a year and a half later due to ideal interest rates. If you have lots of questions, they can handle it. If you do not know how you can secure your down payment, they can help talk you through some options. The customer service at ClearPath is top notch. I highly recommend ClearPath for your next mortgage or refinance of your existing mortgage.

Cannot say enough good things about Mike Rankin and Clear Path. My husband and I worked with Mike when buying our first home. We were total "newbies" but Mike and his team made us feel listened to, informed, and confident. Mike never tried to "sell" us a thing and had our best interest at heart.
