Mike was extremely easy to work with. My husband and I were first time home buyers and Mike made the entire process much easier for us. He was available whenever we had a question and was always willing to do what he could to help us. I would absolutely recommend Mike Rankin and his team to anyone looking for a mortgage consultant. One of the best decisions I had made in my home buying process was choosing Mike as our mortgage lender. He was so helpful along the way and eased my worries through the entire process. He was always very accessible and even answered texts and phone calls while he was on vacation!

Mike Rankin and his team at ClearPath did an amazing job! Being a first time home buyer can be an exciting but a bit of a scary process... I had tons of questions and Mike never left a question unanswered, and set my mind completely at ease. The home-buying process can be complicated, frustrating and scary but if you think about the people you know that have gone through it, you'll likely realize that it's more likely to work out than it may seem.
