PAID $2522.00 for this warranty via a dodge dealership..it was supposed to be the top of the line warranty with a disappearing $100.00 deductible if the repairs were made by the dealer where i bought the vehicle...that was in 2016...since then the dealership has changed and is under another name...cna refuses to honor my disappearing deductible because the dealership has changed it's name,even though it is still a dodge dealership...this is a shady business practice...i bought this warranty because the dodge dealer recommend... read more

Motor went out on my vehicle 3 months after purchase. They tried to claim a foreign object was sucked into the engine. Then proceeded to try and say I voided the warranty by painting my intake and timing belt cover. They come red from the factory. The entire company and staff will give you the run around anytime anything serious comes up. Every single phone call (over 20 in total) was a painful and bad experience. I would not suggest spending the money on purchsing a warranty through this company. I purchased a ************ package, yet every time i try to file a claim it is not covered. How does it makes sense that because they tried and can not fix the problem that they will not replace the wheel, yet they will offer me money towards a new one. So it is only half covered? It seems every time I file a claim it is always something that is not covered. Air conditioning line to the rear of the vehicle had a pin hole from corrosion. What metal line that is underneath the vehicle wouldn't get corrosion. Unless you live in a place with ultra low humidity, the line will get some corrosion. I am not happy with the exception to coverage.

Thank you for expressing your concern. Per the terms of our contract with you, corrosion (of any vehicle part) is not covered by our contract. This is not an exception to coverage, because our contract clearly identifies corrosion as non covered.
I bought my 2015 ***** Fit in ****** in 2014. I'm retired, and it's my "daily driver". Last week, at ****** miles, I took it to the local ***** dealer for slight "surging" on acceleration. They replaced the fuel injectors, one of which was leaking, the fuel joint pipe set, and the throttle body gasket. I paid my $100 deductible for a job that cost over $1800. They don't pay ! Work was performed and now they won't PAY ! Horrible Company ! Don't Purchase the Extended Warranty.
I never received my refund for my tow that I submitted receipts for.
