They did nothing to work with myself nor the dealership to try and help me with an issue that had occurred on my truck. I am a soldier at ********* and I use my truck daily for work use and cannot get rides from anyone due to the nature of my work. This is the MOST incompetent company i ever dealt with I was sent via repair pal to a local mechanics ... you all low balled the prices with them and i was told what you will pay and what i need to pay... fine.I was called to the shop yesterday because my car was ready at 4pm. I was told to wait until the warranty payment was in before I could pay my part.Then the guys at the shop called and they were told it takes 24 hours to process a claim and payment... I bought this warranty through Carmax at the time of purchase. The first repair at one of their partner facilities was horrible (but the customer ********************** was not bad), now because of the poor work done the vehicle is in the shop again. Only this time, one of the parts has the word tube in the part description so they say it isn't covered, regardless that it is a known vehicle defect on fords. ************* I asked for an explanation why they would not cover a part that was faulty. The dealer was confused as well. I was hung up on when I asked for more explanation. Pure garbage customer **********************!
Company is the worst they will s**** you over like u got the warranty free dont trust them
I was told that I paid the first $100 and the rest was covered. I paid almost $400 with remaining $800 covered. They were quick our replying to garage and paid that in a reasonable amount of time.
The company has warranty services that offers sub categories based on the level of warranty purchased but they do not honor items listed in the sub category. I attempted to use this service for something listed on their pamphlet in the sub category listed in my warranty level but was denied and hung up on by the representatives I talked to on the telephone.

PAID $2522.00 for this warranty via a dodge dealership..it was supposed to be the top of the line warranty with a disappearing $100.00 deductible if the repairs were made by the dealer where i bought the vehicle...that was in 2016...since then the dealership has changed and is under another name...cna refuses to honor my disappearing deductible because the dealership has changed it's name,even though it is still a dodge dealership...this is a shady business practice...i bought this warranty because the dodge dealer recommend... read more
