Called in about wondering how my extended warranty on my engine doesn't include spark plugs that is not a normal routine upkeep on a vehicle. They typically never go out for the life of a car and the operator was making me feeling like I was stupid for asking and was aggressive, asked to speak with a manager and hung up on me. I would love for someone to call me back. But I am tired of this dog c*** company
Business response:
Our records indicate that on the same day you called regarding the spark plugs, we had already authorized a payment for another issue you experienced with your vehicle. During your second call, our representative explained that spark plugs are not a covered part as per the terms of our contract. We abided by the terms and conditions of the contract. I just spoke with a supervisor at CNA who was just as terrible as all the employees of this company that I have spoke to. Their goal is to find any insignificant reason they can find to not do their job. Their customer ********************** is awful. They do not care a bit about these reviews and he told me that himself. These are absolute con artists and they do not care about their customers or their responsibilities at all. I wish I could give no stars because they deserve none.
This company ripped me off big time, they only paid $150 of the $1,200 left on my account after my total loss! They conned me 100% DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are crooks!
They company wouldn't work with me when I had to get some emergency service performed on my vehicle that would typically be covered, but because I didn't get pre-authorization they wouldn't reimburse me. I was out of town and couldn't take my car to my typical dealer mechanic so went to an *****. ***** performed the changes and I paid them. I understand now that the contract with *** says to pre-approve repairs, but I don't typically file the claims so didn't know. I'm not disputing the contract verbiage, but a reputable com... read more

***, your review was called to the attention of our ********************* senior management team. It is my understanding that someone from our ********************* department has been in touch with you to resolve this issue, and we are just waiting to receive some additional documentation from you. Thank you for your patience in this matter.
This company did not help us one bit. In a nutshell, we had a 2011 vehicle that the engine cooling fan was failing intermittently and began to overheat the engine. They said the engine was shot but would not cover its repair due to the fact that overheating in general is not covered. The strange part is it does not state that in the warranty section that says any covered failing part that effects other parts will be covered. Nowhere did it say unless its overheating. The dealership had my car for 3 weeks and *** was continua... read more

Our claims management team was asked to review your claim in detail to ensure that it was handled correctly and within the terms and conditions of our contract with you. There is a very specific exclusion in our contract stating that we do not cover any loss or expense due to failure caused by overheating. You can find this in your contract in Section 4, Subsection B, Paragraph 10. We have abided by our contract. If you would like additional information, please contact us.
The fact the repair shop held my car until you made payment of which took 2 days after the repair is unconscionable! Read the fine print folks use another vendor. No customer service with this vendor
Buyer beware. This warranty company is in the business of selling warranties, not helping you. They WILL find a tiny arbitrary reason to refuse your claim. I bought this warranty with my used VW for peace of mind and now I'm on the hook for about $5000 in repairs caused by a freak malfunction in a spark plug and they said "oh well".
I bought the extended vehicle warranty. My 2019 camaro was totaled by a drunk driver after owning it about a year and a half. I paid about $800 for it, which the dealership wrapped into my car note along with registration fees and things like that. After the insurance payout and the WRAP reimburment, I still owed a few thousand dollars, esp because my deductible was $1,000, something that is supposed covered according to my copy of the contract, so imagine my surprise when they say they're only going to pay me $600. I called... read more
Honestly ive been screwed by other extended warranty companies in the past and was very hesitant to try this one but they covered a large amount of repairs on my wifes van and never once gave me any grief, the dealer sent them the info and once everything was verified they sent the ok to make repairs and covered the $3000 repair. Best $800 ive spent in a while.
