I received wonderful customer care. The carpet looked like new when David was finished. It is a stain master and it's been in the house about 14 years. I would recommend David without hesitation for excellent customer service and knowledge about his work performance.

Tech 730 was fantastic. he called the night before to confirm and go over the basics. Called prior to arrival, was on time. discussed all options before starting work. He took pride in his work, was careful while performing his work and finished 2 rooms within the timeframe provided. Carpets look great and his communication skills were excellent. Thanks again for general recommendations for future care and the free estimates for other options your company provides.
