This company is great, everyone I talked to was really nice and I was able to set an appointment easily and quickly. Dan came to clean out our dryer vent and was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommend, and thank you to Dan!

Charles came back out today to clean kitchen tiles after cleaning our sofas last week! The tile and grout look brand new! He did a fantastic job again! It has been a pleasure working with him and with Coit! From start to finish they made everything so easy! Highly recommend Charles! He is meticulous and a perfectionist!

COIT Senior Cleaning ​Consultant Phillip did an amazing job removing oil and rust stains from my garage. He also removed black rubber mat stains from my balcony. Phillip cleaned and polished my ceiling fans (one 2 stories high) making them look brand new. Phillip is fast, thorough, and professional. COIT has cleaned and waxed my hardwood floors making them stunningly beautiful. COIT has also done a great job cleaning my airducts making it easier to breathe. I will continue to rely on COIT and highly recommend their services.

Phillip did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and educating us on care and best practices. We are the second owners of our home and unfortunately the previous owners never had the ducts serviced. When I say Phillip went over and beyond, the job took almost two hours longer than he estimated. We are grateful he did not skimp or rush but did a wonderful job. We had a great experience with Dan! He cleaned our air ducts and sanitized them. We moved into a new home filled with cat hairs and allergens and now the air smells clean and fresh. Great price value for the job and Dan was efficient, communicative and informative. He helped us pick out new air filters based on our needs and was extremely knowledgeable in his craft. Thank you Dan for all your hard work! We will continue working with Coit in the future.
