COIT Senior Cleaning Consultant Phillip did an amazing job removing oil and rust stains from my garage. He also removed black rubber mat stains from my balcony. Phillip cleaned and polished my ceiling fans (one 2 stories high) making them look brand new. Phillip is fast, thorough, and professional. COIT has cleaned and waxed my hardwood floors making them stunningly beautiful. COIT has also done a great job cleaning my airducts making it easier to breathe. I will continue to rely on COIT and highly recommend their services.

Phillip did an amazing job cleaning our ducts and educating us on care and best practices. We are the second owners of our home and unfortunately the previous owners never had the ducts serviced. When I say Phillip went over and beyond, the job took almost two hours longer than he estimated. We are grateful he did not skimp or rush but did a wonderful job. We had a great experience with Dan! He cleaned our air ducts and sanitized them. We moved into a new home filled with cat hairs and allergens and now the air smells clean and fresh. Charlie did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. He called before arriving, explained the work needed and where I had deep pet stains what options I had. Everything was done well and in a reasonable time at a fair price. He was courteous and represented the best of Coit . I recommend Coit and if Charlie is available, ask for him.
