My wife and I bought our house in March, and called Coit to have two carpeted rooms cleaned. Kung came by, and did a great job on the two rooms. The carpet looks great!

Really pleased with the outcome of my 9 year old microfiber couch! Phil was so honest about the possibility that stains were too set in and may resurface. I also received a quote for tile and carpet that I can see doing in the near future! I would recommend coit and really appreciated the honesty of Phil and Ryan!

We had coit come to our home to give us a price on air duct and dryer vent cleaning....the service price quoted was more than we expected, even with a 40% discount coupon, so we did not want to have the services performed unless it was really necessary. Fortunately the technician was extremely honest, and informed us that while it did not appear that the air ducts required, it was a good idea to have the dryer vent done. This alone saved us over $400.00. He was very thorough with the dryer vent (spent over 1.5 hours), pul... read more

Unbeknownst to us, our garage door opener decided to drop several blobs of black grease on the garage floor. My husband walked through it, up the stairs, in the hall and bathroom before he saw it. The carpet is less than 5 months old. I tried several cleaning methods without much success. I called Coit after 5pm and asked to be scheduled asap as we did not want to further the damage by walking on it. We were scheduled for the next morning. Chris Jorgensen arrived at 8:30 and was able to get all the grease spots out. Ch... read more

We had Coit clean and restore my grandmother's house. They did a great job painting it and cleaning the air vents. Robert Paschke did the air vents and did a great job with them. The painter did exactly what we wanted. Over all the did great.

Chris Jorgensen came out and did a fantastic job. I have two boys, and dogs and even after using my own cleaner to shampoo my carpets I couldn't get the stains out. Chris was quick, polite and even gave me a quote for the rest of the house good for 90 days. I am so happy with the service. My carpets look new!

The manager told me to go pound sand, it was too far away from the date of cleaning. Very disappointed. As I find more and more issues as time goes on. I wasn't going to argue with him. They clearly do not care. They were the ones that were who SOLD me on how ez and great it would be. 2 people would have helped. I was not given the option to have it sealed. I said I would gladly pay for 2 people and finishing them. I tregret believing the original person that sold me on this.

Quite came out with two men to clean two bedrooms carpeting. They talked me into hardwood floor restoration and wood sealing. I have been left with floors that are so bad I've had to carpet cover them all. The manager refused to call and has refused so not use them.
