Well this was terrible all around. They came out to do the "free" quote, and said "we can fix that, sure we can do that," as well as a HARD up sell of duct cleaning and other services and pressure to sign right away. Bad start. But sales, right? So we booked our services. Took the tech about 10 seconds to be like "I can't fix that." Go to the other item to be addressed. "Oh... Was told by initial technician todays appt was to remove all Drapes and take away to be cleaned. When todays technician arrived he had NOTHING to do with the removal or cleaning he was a salesman for Coit to sell me their service which I had ALREADY completed with the first technician and was given COMPLETELY DIFFERENT information very rude and condescending to this Senior Citizen..I Absolutely DO NOT recommend Coit

I called them to come look at the water stains on my drapes and they came after a week to which point they said that water stains are VERY difficult to remove but since I had no other option and the fact they pride themselves on their 70 years or so of experience I obliged and agreed they wash them. They came 2 weeks after that first appointment to take the drapes and then tool another 2 weeks to return them! I scheduled a couple of rooms for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning weeks in advance for today. I received a text message yesterday to confirm my appointment and did. I had to reschedule the painters to tomorrow since the carpets would be done. I get a call that they aren't able to make my 11-1 and it is now scheduled 12:30 to 2:30 which was fine. The fact this company is able to do this to single mother when all I asked for was my tile to be cleaned. I've been VERY PATIENT with this company in rectifying the problem. They have sent strangers to my house saying they are giving an estimate. Do not recommend this company zero stars

I was not happy at all. First, I was promised and quotes a bargain. Coit said it was a mistake. Finally their tech came out. When he left my carpet was soaking wet and dirty. My feet were covered in a muddy substance. Turned out he used a shag rug wand on my Berber carpet. They came out to fix it so it so-so acceptable. I found out that at Coitunder sons management, tanks are rarely washed out after emptying dirty water often leaving or reusing dirty and foul water. That is disgusting!! I had it. The pictures will say it all! The 2 lighter areas are where I spot cleaned to see if I could get the dirt out. The filth on this couch is only from 2 muddy dogs so the dirt should have come out if the technician would have used something like soap? Also, only after the job was done did the tech say let there'd be an additional $25 charge for the service call!!

I have used Coit many times over the years. I had been mostly satified. Today I had scheduled to have my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. I was quoted a price that included both the air ducts and dryer vent. When they arrived I was told that the price I was quoted would not include the dryer vent. The technician said it would be 175.00 more. I told him that the company should honor the quote I was given. The worst of the worst. My floor looked the same. No difference. The scheduling to even come redo the floor was chaos. I could not get a manager to call me back. This company is a joke. I wold never recommend them at all!
