coit ran into a spotting problem with our well-worn carpet. they came back twice..until they found the solution and got the carpet looking as good as the day it was installed.. Kirt and his Sacto grew are excellent!!

Sometimes it pays to speak up. Initially I was disappointed! My carpet was still wet when I posted a negative review. Maybe the tech was having a bad day, but I wasn't happy with the work. Not a bad guy, but areas were missed and I was very unhappy with some of the comments made and I felt uncomfortable. It wasn't the quality experience I was expecting after hearing such good things about the job they do. In hindsight I wish I'd felt more comfortable speaking up right away. We had a pair of white upholstered chairs that had been seriously stained black on the lower back side due a small dog repeatedly rubbing against the fabric. Never noticed the marks until we pulled the chairs out and were heartsick, thinking it was too late to save them, they were that bad. Called COIT and as of today we have our WHITE chairs back. Love Coit. Use them for carpets, Upholstery tile and air duct cleaning. Carpets look very clean and dry very fast. They also guarantee if you're not happy they will reclean at no charge. Never had to do that, but good to know. They moved most furniture, spot cleaned worst areas, and scotch guarded. Looks great, and my wife's happy. And that's the key. Great work Coit.

My wife wanted our carpets cleaned. She got COIT and found out that we also had to have our air ducts cleaned before doing the carpets. She got that done when a GREAT representative in the form of Mr. Bob Paschke, air ducts cleaning specialist, showed up at our house. THIS GUY WAS PROFESSIONALISM personified. We're only giving him 5 stars because that's allowed. He was prompt, efficient, very understanding, and we'd gladly use him again. Failing that, we highly recommend him!

My wife and I bought our house in March, and called Coit to have two carpeted rooms cleaned. Kung came by, and did a great job on the two rooms. The carpet looks great!

Really pleased with the outcome of my 9 year old microfiber couch! Phil was so honest about the possibility that stains were too set in and may resurface. I also received a quote for tile and carpet that I can see doing in the near future! I would recommend coit and really appreciated the honesty of Phil and Ryan!

We had coit come to our home to give us a price on air duct and dryer vent cleaning....the service price quoted was more than we expected, even with a 40% discount coupon, so we did not want to have the services performed unless it was really necessary. Fortunately the technician was extremely honest, and informed us that while it did not appear that the air ducts required, it was a good idea to have the dryer vent done. Unbeknownst to us, our garage door opener decided to drop several blobs of black grease on the garage floor. My husband walked through it, up the stairs, in the hall and bathroom before he saw it. The carpet is less than 5 months old. I tried several cleaning methods without much success. I called Coit after 5pm and asked to be scheduled asap as we did not want to further the damage by walking on it. We were scheduled for the next morning.
