We had coit come to our home to give us a price on air duct and dryer vent cleaning....the service price quoted was more than we expected, even with a 40% discount coupon, so we did not want to have the services performed unless it was really necessary. Fortunately the technician was extremely honest, and informed us that while it did not appear that the air ducts required, it was a good idea to have the dryer vent done. Unbeknownst to us, our garage door opener decided to drop several blobs of black grease on the garage floor. My husband walked through it, up the stairs, in the hall and bathroom before he saw it. The carpet is less than 5 months old. I tried several cleaning methods without much success. I called Coit after 5pm and asked to be scheduled asap as we did not want to further the damage by walking on it. We were scheduled for the next morning. We had Coit clean and restore my grandmother's house. They did a great job painting it and cleaning the air vents. Robert Paschke did the air vents and did a great job with them. The painter did exactly what we wanted. Over all the did great.

Chris Jorgensen came out and did a fantastic job. I have two boys, and dogs and even after using my own cleaner to shampoo my carpets I couldn't get the stains out. Chris was quick, polite and even gave me a quote for the rest of the house good for 90 days. I am so happy with the service. My carpets look new!

Had someone come out today? Was quoted 175 on the phone when they got here it was a small area just considered a room then they told me 250 since I explained to him that I was quoted different. He called in and said OK he'll do it for that price was out by 30 minutes. The rug was soaked in water. All the stains did not come out. I seen him spraying the stain remover, he sprayed bare minimum even vacuum up all the water. I should've known by the reviews. In the way the lady answered the phone. This business has the worst customer service or has very incompetent people working the scheduling. I scheduled my cleaning online for the morning of 11/21. However, I was bumped to the afternoon because I was told that they overbooked. Then, I received a call that afternoon stating that the technician couldn't make it because the job he was on was going to take longer than anticipated. I do not recommend Coit for cleaning drapes. First they griped that we took the drapes down ourselves. When the drapes were returned we noticed that not all of the pleats were done properly. Sometime during the cleaning process the stitching in several of the top pleats was broken leaving us with a drapery panel that was uneven and sagging. We were told that Coit does not do drapery repairs and that we should fix the damage ourselves - with safety pins. We will never use the company again.

Call for a quote on a 250sf slate cleaning and re-stain, over the phone cost was 400-500 dollars. Coit employee gets here for the up sale and now the quote is 2052.00 , They must have bumped their head. Paleeze - Typical BAIT N SWITCH
