This business has the worst customer service or has very incompetent people working the scheduling. I scheduled my cleaning online for the morning of 11/21. However, I was bumped to the afternoon because I was told that they overbooked. Then, I received a call that afternoon stating that the technician couldn't make it because the job he was on was going to take longer than anticipated. I do not recommend Coit for cleaning drapes. First they griped that we took the drapes down ourselves. When the drapes were returned we noticed that not all of the pleats were done properly. Sometime during the cleaning process the stitching in several of the top pleats was broken leaving us with a drapery panel that was uneven and sagging. We were told that Coit does not do drapery repairs and that we should fix the damage ourselves - with safety pins. We will never use the company again.

Call for a quote on a 250sf slate cleaning and re-stain, over the phone cost was 400-500 dollars. Coit employee gets here for the up sale and now the quote is 2052.00 , They must have bumped their head. Paleeze - Typical BAIT N SWITCH

Stay away! I used Coit for deep cleaning my wood floors, cleaning upholstery and window curtains. The floors were expensive to clean but looked great when at first but months later we noticed the floors started showing a lot of permanent damage. I think Coit's cleaning process stripped the sealant and now the floors are vulnerable to every kind of stain. The curtains in one bedroom were faded and immediately contacted the store. I requested for a duct cleaning and dryer vent cleanout. Todd showed up and did a pretty through job cleaning out the ducts and especially the dryer vent which was clogged with lint as my mother never had it cleaned. While wrapping up his equipment in the hallway, I heard a loud 'sh*t!' from where I was in the living room. I didn't think much of it at the time, but then things got quiet and I went to investigate. Terrible job. They contracted with someone by name Tu. Agreement was to move furniture and remove area rugs to clean. Not only was that not done, we were told they did. They forgot a room. I think COIT contracts with different people. Who comes is a hit or miss. Tu did a terrible job. Areas were still unclean. Stains were not removed. They could not " promise anything"; then why do they have cleaning company?

We had two sofas cleaned. Rashan(sp?) was personable and thorough, however the experience left a bad taste. After deducting 35% we were quoted $300 for both. Ads offered the special as 30%, but no biggie despite being pretty high. Then, when I signed the agreement, was told there was an additional $28 "service charge" which he couldn't say for what except it was printed on the form. Sigh. Well this was terrible all around. They came out to do the "free" quote, and said "we can fix that, sure we can do that," as well as a HARD up sell of duct cleaning and other services and pressure to sign right away. Bad start. But sales, right? So we booked our services. Took the tech about 10 seconds to be like "I can't fix that." Go to the other item to be addressed. "Oh... Was told by initial technician todays appt was to remove all Drapes and take away to be cleaned. When todays technician arrived he had NOTHING to do with the removal or cleaning he was a salesman for Coit to sell me their service which I had ALREADY completed with the first technician and was given COMPLETELY DIFFERENT information very rude and condescending to this Senior Citizen..I Absolutely DO NOT recommend Coit
