Omar Padilla, Cleaning Specialist with Coit Services did an excellent job in cleaning and resealing the grout on our kitchen floor today. He was professional and friendly and offered suggestions for long term floor care. We would welcome Omar's return to our home.

After having a terrible experience with Coit with the people over the phone and rescheduling to find a antique white color seal for my tile floor and grout Omar came out today and said I'm very sorry but the antique white is no longer available after coit called and said it was available so he tells me we don't have that color available but I will do the best possible job and make your grout lines white again without color seal and so I said fine let's give it a shot and when he was done I noticed I never needed color seal a... read more

After searching and meeting with other companies (one company never got back to me after an on-site evaluation) to clean my tile floors and bedroom carpet - COIT hands down came in at the best price and turn around time. The tech cleaners were very good and listened to my concerns. I will use them again for my annual/bi-annual floor cleaning.

Very happy with my carpets done by Omar Padilla. I requested he return to clean my tile and reseal my grout. I'm told Omar and Spencer are the best so I'm anxious to have it done.

My husband and I recently moved from the SF Bay Area to Auburn, CA. We have used Coit in the past and was very pleased with their service. Coit came in and steam cleaned our Travertine floors, cleaned our ducts and also dry cleaned and hemmed the previous drapes in our new house. They are accommodating as they worked with us while we were still in the Bay Area. They have such a great team of experts that will work with you. We are so very appreciative of all of their help. Our drapes were hung today and we are so very ... read more

I had my tile and grout cleaned 2 days ago. This included two bathroom floors, entryway, kitchen floors, and kitchen counters. The tech was early - he called to let me know he would be early. He explained the process, gave me an estimate, and did a demo on some tile in the kitchen to show me what it would look like. During and immediately after the cleaning and sealing, it was hard to tell what the outcome would be because it was wet. I was nervous. But I knew that after 13 years of not having the tile/grout profession... read more

I had Coit Carpet Cleaning done today. I really liked my guy, Phil. He was so nice and so intent on doing a good job for me. He did a great job and I recommend him highly. Before he even began, he explained to me just what I could expect, as my carpet had not been cleaned in 13 years. I also was quoted my price before he started the job. While it's still a little bit wet, it's looking good! Nice to have someone that is honest and has pride in his work.
