After searching and meeting with other companies (one company never got back to me after an on-site evaluation) to clean my tile floors and bedroom carpet - COIT hands down came in at the best price and turn around time. The tech cleaners were very good and listened to my concerns. I will use them again for my annual/bi-annual floor cleaning.

Very happy with my carpets done by Omar Padilla. I requested he return to clean my tile and reseal my grout. I'm told Omar and Spencer are the best so I'm anxious to have it done.

My husband and I recently moved from the SF Bay Area to Auburn, CA. We have used Coit in the past and was very pleased with their service. Coit came in and steam cleaned our Travertine floors, cleaned our ducts and also dry cleaned and hemmed the previous drapes in our new house. I had my tile and grout cleaned 2 days ago. This included two bathroom floors, entryway, kitchen floors, and kitchen counters. The tech was early - he called to let me know he would be early. He explained the process, gave me an estimate, and did a demo on some tile in the kitchen to show me what it would look like. During and immediately after the cleaning and sealing, it was hard to tell what the outcome would be because it was wet. I was nervous. I had Coit Carpet Cleaning done today. I really liked my guy, Phil. He was so nice and so intent on doing a good job for me. He did a great job and I recommend him highly. Before he even began, he explained to me just what I could expect, as my carpet had not been cleaned in 13 years. I also was quoted my price before he started the job. While it's still a little bit wet, it's looking good! Nice to have someone that is honest and has pride in his work.

We needed our carpets cleaned at my daughters rental house in Davis for her second year in college. Not only did Todd Giesser and Eric Rojas do an amazing job of cleaning the carpets they were very professional and friendly. Todd was so through he checked the dryer vent and found it clogged from the dryer to the roof. I am sure he prevented a fire and the price for the cleaning was minimal. When you call them I would definitely recommend Todd and Eric!

Used them to clean the carpet in our 5th wheel. I could not believe how clean they got it. Highly recommend them.
